Bama’s class closely resembles the 2017 class that Bama signed which included Tua, Najee, DeVonte Smith, etc. Almost like Bama tried to replicate that exact class with players of today!

Food for thought for all the haters - Bama already has the two greatest coaches in CFB history. Is it possible we have a third emerging?
Actually we’ve made 5 legendary coaches. Frank Thomas, Wallace Wade, the bear, Gene Stallings, and Saban. Say what you will about Stallings but he won a national title, was put on probation so he lost scholarships and was forced to vacate some wins as well as denied a bowl game and he still managed to win the SEC 2 more times despite all that. The Dynasty of the University of Alabama. Where legends are made. That includes both coaches and players

I mean this guy wins at places we’ve never heard of. Kirby on the other hand took over one of the winningest programs ever and can’t hold any good offense under 40. Deboer will run the SEC, he already owns Sarkisian

Hey Josh, I’ve been a long time listener man and really respect your dedication to covering the sport of college football. I just wanted to thank you and your staff for their hard work. This football season will be one for the history books, and as a lifelong Bama fan (UA ‘01-08) I think we’re seeing something of an entirely new beast in Alabama Football- something I also would have been arguing against just a mere month ago with my brother. But what has not only changed my mind but floored it full throttle is a phrase I keep hearing & seeing in almost every one of these big time recruits post-commitment news articles. The gist of that phrase is- “Something made me want to commit right there on the spot.” So far we’ve had players commit before their previously stated commitment dates early, kids not even waiting to have a ceremony or some other big event, which is common these days and a well earned moment in the spotlight. Courtney Morgan seems to have leveled up his entire recruiting skills tree, unlocking an ability on one has seen in this game before- “Cold Summer.” Coach DeBoar has been given a Fortune 500 company in the form of a modern day college football sports team, a blueprint that doubles as a history lesson while serving indefinitely as its mission statement- “Trust the Process.” A recently leaked video of Coach DeBoar’s office showed a modern day state of-the-art office that is a stark contrast to the “mahogany, oak, & leather bound books” traditional feel of Saban’s. When I look for reasons why commits are so eager to commit on the spot, I have to think that a promise to fill up another office of championships, accomplishments, and in turn have the best opportunity to get to the NFL when you play in the biggest conference the S.E.C. and at its best school- The Alabama Crimson Tide.

This has to be a real gut punch to them cuz recruiting so far has absolutely 0 drop off. We will see what happens on the field but Deboer's record as a head coach shouldn't make them very happy either.

Ohio State has more commits therefore a higher total. Alabama has less commits but its commits are higher rated. When Alabama fills it class it will have a higher total.

I was hoping for Kalen to edge a top 5 class. He is recruiting well above expectations and now I’m excited to see how he can improve our offense on the field too.
I am genuinely worried about a lot of my friends sanity this January when Bama wins the Natty and has the #1 recruiting class. Just like the two friends I'm worried about when Trump wins in November.
there's very little pressure on Bama to win its biggest games this season, but the pressure on Georgia to win in Tuscaloosa is probably the highest for any team, game or coach in the history of big games. I hope everyone makes BDS the most hostile its ever been.

I think this last signing proves that Alabama will most likely finish #1. Dear (#1 RB) is very likely to commit. Most expect one of Lockett & Meadows to commit. Ty Jackson (#1 LB per On3) is still likely to commit. Justus Terry is still a ? for most. Offord is locked into OSU, but don’t doubt that Alabama will continue to push. The class is insane right now, and it’s not over. That’s HOW insane it appears to truly be.
Not gonna lie, I expected some drop off with recruiting and possibly a top 8 finish. I'm happy to eat my words RTR.
The kicker will count when he get a athletic scholarship. Right now he is a preferred walkon which means he gets financial aid to go to school from the General scholarship fund of the University and has to come to camp and win the job and then he get a athletic scholarship. This year is the last year that preferred walkon status can be used. Starting 2026 everyone has to be offered a athletic scholarship or pay his own expenses to walkon.

The offense will be better this year than it was last year, and probably not close. Sacks will fall in half. Penalties down by 33%. The running game could do 200+ yds/game if they want it to. The best RB squad in CFB, and the best running QB as well. Milroe's deep threat skills will open the run game further. It will be lethal. 40+ pts/game is back on the menu.

Our alumni is boosters will continue to throw the money to keep elite talent coming in because anything less is unacceptable. Always has been and always will be. And I think 18 national titles plus the others we don’t even claim or won before the AP poll era on top of being leaders in SEC titles held and there literally only being two decades out of 132 years we DONT have a national title, vouches for my statement.
