It is a stunning station Birmingham International is. On the day I went, there was supposed to be a car train I think it was but it got cancelled but hopefully in the future, should capture some freight or even charters. It wasn't filmed but seen at least 3 planes landing at Birmingham International which from the station looks epic :-)
Got to say that if it wasn't for the terminating trains at the other end (and for me, I see no reason why those services couldn't go through to Coventry), the bottom end of Birmingham International would be a cracking shot
I agree with you Ian. It would make sense to extending those services through to Coventry. The bottom end of the station would've been epic. Hopefully in the future, West Midlands Railway/London Northwestern Railway should consider this plan.
Excellent video footage Ricky.
Thank you Allan :-)
Great to see you visiting one of my local station Ricky, I really only go there for charters or the odd freight. Cheers Mike
