    Some of us don't have breakfast because the hunger you feel in the morning isn't real because it's your hormones speaking - a high cortisol level. You have gotten the energy you need from the sleep the night before. When you digest food, a certain amount of your energy goes into this process. Therefore your focus isn't a 100% there. When you fast your energy goes into the tasks that you do, for instance cleaning or washing the dishes. When you break the fast, let's say at noon, you feel the sense of pride and accomplishment for pushing through the hunger. I know it sucks, having to be hunger, but it's so rewarding. Not even talking about losing weight, it's about a routine that makes you more productive. Plus, it saves you time
