Good luck with the technician test! There's a great app, HamRadioExam, that reviews the entire question pool for the exam. There isn't much on setting up a BBS on the tech exam. If you want to set one up, you can use what you learned from this presentation but there are also many other, more specific instructional ham radio videos which will guide you.
