Wow the chef was so nice. He actually heard out their complaint and found a solution. Too many chefs automatically get defensive when you have the slightest criticism..
I guess since they decide on the slogan..Its like boom! you can have it..we encourage it..
Staged probably
@@tantereditalifestyle2881 no , they had it posted on the wall , they did not saw it and the chef pointed the poster. reply it and you will see
he is actually the son of a restaurant owner who wears a chef's shirt and sits to the right of boss yang(if you dont know😅)
Its because he knows he's being filmed in a variety show?...
In a way, I prefer Boss Yang's "All you can eat" way simply because you can have more protein but you don't have to pay much 😂❤
Yeah. I don't really get why other host criticize him since all his employees eat a lot. That is his way on saving cost for meal!! Plus he is very creative not to go to the same place and still have variety on food choices.
and also his crew eats so much that if he doesn’t go to all you can eat restaurants he’ll be broke in no time
I prefer it too, I would choose all you can eat too if i was given choice in situation like his
hahisaf it’s bc they’re eating a lot for a price that is wayy too cheap. Wat they’re paying is the profit the restaurant makes. The hosts are simply just making jokes abt how the restaurants may go bankrupt, they’re comedians after all
@@hahisaf it's because from the owner's pov. These people eat more than normal people do and they pay for a few bucks only. Thank god boss Yang never comes to the same restaurant again
The chefs are cute to come out and take customers opinions.
Yeah.. I though the chef is gonna be like 😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡.. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
He's so nice...
I mean the chef's too nice to even complain hahahaha
Thats a great slogan though. "Ask for more if needed." Working in a restuarant, you'll notice a lot of food goes to waste.
Idk why the chef and everyone is surprise by how much they eat. They r bound to eat alot consider how much they work out and how much calories they burned
Yeah even then it's normal to be surprised when you someone eat this much
Well koreans tend to eat small since many wants to slim down.... And also they didnt know that they were athlete, they just know after the chef told them that they are athlete.
And also its a first for them to experience it.
@jomsart Maybe, however I’m no bodybuilder judge or what but they look to be about casual gym goers after I observed their physique. I think they were eating a lot more to impress the viewers instead of actually being that hungry. Don’t know about the macros of what they ate but there wasn’t much protein there.
No hate towards them tho, it’s still mighty impressive to be able to eat that much.
Ohhh that's really good that they're conscious about food waste and are happy to fulfill a request for a larger portion per dish ♡
Excellent chef. I used to work in the kitchen myself and this man is a class act I'd be honored to work with. A true man.
why did you stop working with him, may i ask?
@@bruhbruhbruh575 he/she didn't work with him. Just worked in a kitchen.
Wow I’m definitely going to try that restaurant when I visit Korea!!🇰🇷 That is real customer service and also working to minimize food waste is so important and so awesome👏 i think i fell in love with the chefs lol
i know what you mean, me too. lol
Customer service in China, Japan, and Korea are top-notch
@@sugasweetv2858 really depends lmao
The good thing about Boss Yan is, he prefers all you can eat restaus but doesn't frequent the same restau on a regular basis. Imagine if you're an owner of an all you can eat beef/pork samgyupsal place and Boss Yang's team eat there daily for cheap price, the business/place will go downhill as they might not profit as Boss Yang's team eats all the profit and more. Boss Yang would have ruined a lot of family's lives. :3
Wow I’ve never noticed that. I just thought that because of the show they always want to show new restaurants but I think your reasoning is better. I have more respect for Boss Yang now 🥰🥰
I'm shock on their slogan i hope every restaurant is like that
every?
Those customers are really attractive. I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Also, the chef is so cute and kind
0:58 the way she snatched that receipt
That's so good that there company will provide larger portions and extra food to avoid food waste I love that, food waste is actually a really big problem
the chef gave amazing customer service. i really really liked how he handled it.
I like the restaurant slogan
Sometimes when I see these mukbang like episodes, I feel like moving into Korea 😂😂😂🥘🥘🥘
Enkhzul Ulziibayar its corona season there, dont go now
Or you can find a Korean restaurant and eat there, or make the food yourself.
the chef truly a angel to come out and ask for customer opinion
Bro, I need that chef in every restaurant.
that chef earned a tip equal to the bill and would get a loyal customer for life. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference in how you enjoy a meal.
Hahaha. The chef is so cute with his expression on how big the guys are 😂 ❤️
it's great that they are conscious of food waste. having worked in food, it's difficult to deal with!
They should come to America. We have huge portions here, portions bigger than their increased portions here.
popflorals yup, thats why America recorded among the highest in food wastage
@@lowkeymonkey2106 A lot of food waste is from grocery stores throwing out edible food and ppl's food spoiling before they cook/eat it. I've also heard that restaurants in Korea don't have to-go trays for left overs so customers don't have the option of eating the rest later at home like in the usa
@@cymbamcreynolds8838 In my experience the korean restaurant thing is true. I went to a restaurant in Seoul and wanted my seafood pancake to go(i had it as a side, but it was meant to be shared and not for 1 person so ofc i couldn't finish it), so they literally folded it and wrapped it in aluminum foil(and then put it into a little plastic bag).
I just love those restaurants and chefs who doesn't show ego, takes complains and improves service.
Wow I'm so amazed by the chef/restaurant's service. maybe it's because here in the Philippines, if you get served a small portion you just suck it up and never go back to that restaurant again. But anyway, I really like and appreciate how the customers critiques were noted and that they immediately took action. Their slogan is amazing too! I would love to dine there given the chance
Y'all are salivating at the food I'm salivating at these fine ass men. We're different sis 😭
Ong. The one with the blue shirt had me. I was like whew..👀
XI XI sis yes!!! Add on Y3’s chest and the guy with the grey sweats shoulders and black and white’s face. Giiiiirrllll!!!!
@@Regina777. by any chance do y’all know his social media’s or something?😭😂
@@Lana-hl4cl i want to know
@@FeeOJLee the y3 on chest 🤤
wow who are they? the one wearing black and white shirt is handsome
ur mom jeon he kinds looks like an anime !
We thinking the same and that's why I clicked
Same
The one beside the gray shirt
oh my the one with the big eyebrows is really handsome
Yes, Chef Lee is so handsome 🥰
Those portions are small even for me. I can finish 3 of those jjangjjangmyeon. Hopefully they increase their portions for everyone, not everyone dare to tell the chef its too small. The chefs are really nice to come out and give them a bigger portion though.
6:00 to 6:08 why is he so cute 😂 his shoulder shimmy had me in tears 😂✨
We went camping for two weeks! We had enough food and enough water. But as soon as we hit LA, we went to Koreatown and had so much of the jjajjangmyun and the tangsuyuk! I had two bowls! I probably looked like these guys while eating! 😂
3:41 DEAD WHEN HE READ THE ORDERS💀
I would prefer Kim Dongeun going there and see these chefs reaction when she asks for more than a double portion of the dishes.😂
Lol those complaints don't fly in the states
The food is a lot chief but its too small for them lol 😂😂
I've learned so much from Boss Yang, mainly how to finish food in one bite.
I know damn well they didn’t start playing Boys by Lizzo, with the lyrics “I like Big Boys” as they were reordering 💀😂
i just ate and now i'm hungry again😀
Yum, that food looked really good, and it was well-presented.
The chef is really nice! In america the chef won't even budge to answer.......
Oh that's nice that they can ask for a larger portion, do they charge extra? Or same price as long as they finished it?
It seems like they charge the same amount. Then again, each serving is around 17 USD, which is pretty expensive in Korea. Since cooking 1 portion and cooking 1.5 portions take pretty much the same amount of effort, the only difference is the cost of ingredients. So they're not actually making much loss by giving their customers larger portions. If your customers are satisfied, they're more likely to return.
The main point was to finish it all since the main worry is food waste
Pork Cutlet no. Not really. In Korea, it is common to ask for more of the same food. It’s not always answered with a yes but in restaurants if you ask they most likely say yes. It’s not a matter of work but courtesy. It’s korean culture. I know because I’ve done it with my family and friends before
@@kijoosong2478 I think you meant generosity. Anyway, I was only explaining why it's possible for them to stay in business even if they give extra food without charging more.
Pork Cutlet Oh ok I am not that good at English because I born in korea. My spelling and grammar good but sometimes I still have some problems.
In South India, during lunch time (Full meals as we call it) the portion is unlimited. Be it any hotel. You can ask for as much rice, rasam/sambar, sides as you want. It doesn't cost much either. You start with normal portion size then it increases on the banana leaf. We have no issues asking for more as it's expected. Waiters will keep moving around tables and it's always a rush during lunch time. Very common practice. The problem is many hotels will use some baking soda when they cook the rice. It makes you fuller with literally two servings of rice. 80% of the hotels do this. This is how hotels profit off of "unlimited full meals". Because they know you won't be able to eat much. If you ate at home, you will be able to eat much more rice. This is the difference. Some kind-hearted hotels won't do these kinds of tricks to harm customer health. What they do is set a higher price. No extra charge for extra portions. The hotels calculate how much it will cost and set a price on probability theory. So they won't suffer a loss. This way they also profit, and customer health is also good. Annapoorana hotel in Coimbatore is very famous for serving healthy food. No tricks. In many hotels, During breakfast and dinner it's set portion to begin with. And if you want more, you just tell "We want double/triple portion of this dish" before they start cooking your order. This will cost you extra. In any hotel, they will cook u any amount of food u want, granted you don't leave leftovers.
I don't know why people look down on all-you-can-eat buffets, it's a place that serves a lot of dishes that will cater to a bigger group like boss Yang's group. And yes, he should think about the price, he's the only one paying. His employees are literally getting free meals, unless he deducts the price of their meals from their pay? I don't think he does that, right?
nice to see the chef again
im a amateur mma fighter and i love it when my wife takes me out for korean food its like a cheat day for me love it making me hungry watching this at work hahaha
Where is the boss from esteem??
Average price in USD cost around 10-15 USD each set. These food are available as daily routine in JYP entertainment
imagine how much bigger they have to increase for dongeun XD
His son isss soo cuteeee 😍😍😍
on god that chef was so cute, i love him >//
Always amazes me on how Korean eat jajangmyeon. I ordered 1 bowl during my holiday in Korea and I can only finish half of the noodle. How in the world they can eat a bowl of noodle in like 4 bites, it takes me half an hour and a lot of struggles to finish half of the bowl.
Meanwhile I'm eating chips and soda 😂
Guy crushes up his noodles really fine. I don't break mine at all and asked him why he broke them up. He said he choked on the long noodles. Like....I'm not sure how but that's what he said. He said a whole noodle went down his throat and he gagged on it. I couldn't help but laugh.
OKAY, BUT THE SLOGAN THOOO. I LOVE ITTT🥴
Doesn't the guy with pen look a little bit like Lee Jae Wook 0:47 1:44 The actor from extraordinary you
3:31 Every time i watch this, he always looks like JYP to me XD
Wow, that restaurant is awesome 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Yes another episode for Boss Yang
the one who ordered black bean noodles is hella cute😍
The father and son chefs look like twins!
the guy in the blue tho 😗👉🏼👈🏼
The chef is so cute🥺
My shy ass wouldn’t complain about the portions. I would sound so rude.
wow it's been awhile since i've watched this
the guy in black was so CUTE I CANT
wow😍so nice😍😍😍😍
that's how the service should be all around the world. Like they care and asking what's wrong like come on. It us the best.
Lol love the Vader theme at the beginning.
best chefs ever.
Should have played the beggar Yang theme song when they are wallopping the food.
I always come whatching this kind of video nowadays when i eat, boost so much apetite🤣
People here talking about how they ate everything like it was a snack, but should have said that these fitness trainers ARE the snack...
I hate how some of hosts pick on and are rude af to boss yang, if you actually watch boss yang and his actions, you can actually tell he’s a genuinely good and kind person
I feel like this is a eating show lmaoooo 😭💀🥴🤣
Love Boss Yang
Boss Yang Episodes looks like a Mukbang always...hehe
Trainer in blue clothes look like Lee kwang Soo😁
I'm hungry and so Are you
One guy got his mouth burned because he was trying to play it up for the camera lol
If they were going to a restaurant like his, they should know what the portion is like. Smaller portions make it so that we can focus on the taste more. Idk if this was already planned but it's actually kinda disrespectful what they did.
4:43 that one pork at the side
0:57 snapping snapping 😂
i mean its ''finer dining'' so i can understand why portions look smaller
Istg i was about to go to sleep but watching this at 2am I decided to cook instant noodle 😑
The portions weren't particularly small. Idk me personally , I wouldn't complain about portion size.
Respect for head chef!☺
I can't get over how similar he and Steve Lee look
I miss boss yang 😢
I need to know this restaurant name and address!
The Shrimp toast looks soooo good
this is better in Korea they give you large amounts of food for every dish. they should do a smaller portion with the same amount
Finally, first!
Finally second!
Third
Fourth
Where are masks alot of coronavirus cases just popped up....
@@mattyghost3409 What?
I need their instagrams lol
These bodybuilders who complain about the portions being too small for the price, shouldn’t eat at a restaurant where portions are for regular people. They should just eat at all-you-can eat places.
I don't think it would be that much more expensive to eat at a restaurant, I think? $250 for 5 people comes out to about $50pp - a good buffet, which Boss Yang seems to take them to, not super cheap ones, would be about $40-50 pp anyway. Never been to Korea though, so maybe buffet prices are cheaper there than in Aus?
The chef 👨🍳 so cute
I think they closed this outlet in Busan as per Google. Am i right? I saw there are quite a few negative comments
Restaurant type like this is about quality not quantity.
loved this but y is no one talking about how cute they all r 😂... especially the guy in the black and white
Why can't we share our food? Like the chef said, we can't order one food, but eat for two person?
Wow did they actually just increase their portion sizes without charging extra? Never ever seen that before..
