I’m really proud of Na rae despite how snarky and backhanded some of the male hosts are. Like she’s forming herself a healthy and active lifestyle not to rapidly lose weight and stay skinny. If it’s a lifestyle she needs to like it and be comfortable and content with herself and have a healthy mentally towards it. Like let the poor girl figure out her own life and how navigate it. To anyone out there body weight carry’s differently and different body needs different workouts and diet or eating. When I was 100 pounds I was still wearing a size medium to large in American while my sister at 100 pounds can still fit into toddler shirts or clothes. Even if I got to the bone skinny I still would be bigger than her cus my body is built bigger and bones are bigger. What matters is being healthy not how skinny u are and being happy with your self

it's not about them being mean, the basis of the show's panel is to poke a little fun. you can see at some point kian48 says that he likes seeing her eat well and they agree. the hosts poke fun at other panel members and guests, narae also participates in poking fun(like when she mentions hyungmoo and jangwoo). it's not to be mean or anything, theyre all relatively close :) especially her and hyunmoo(the one who makes the serving size comment)

For the people very curious about the soybean cold noodles. Here’s a very simple recipe: boil your soba noodles. Get tofu (any firmness is good, except extra firm. You want some sort of water content in it.) from the store and peanut butter. Blend the tofu and peanut butter really well and store in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes to make it very cold. Then, get a cucumber and julienne some. Pour over your cold soba noodles and you’re done. A side of kimchi is good too. Tofu is made out of soybeans, so instead of boiling your soybeans for hours, just use tofu. 😅
Her diets and exercises makes sense why she’s losing so much weight. She’s eating more protein and eating food that are low in calories that she can eat more of. They don’t see the calories but she’s probably in a deficit and you can’t notice because the food she chooses are very dense food. Surprisingly there are foods like eggs that burn calories when you eat them so she’s doing a good job especially if she’s trying to maintain it. And especially when she’s exercising that much everyday she should be eating that much in order to keep everything running.. the more she builds her muscles the more her metabolism becomes fast. I honestly think she’s doing the right things.. media is just used to starving yourself.. when you should strive to be healthy

Pull-ups would make her upper body larger. Especially the latissimus dorsi. For those who don't know what that is, it is the muscle right behind your armpit. This is what makes the male body builders have the V shape. But it's not going to look good for women. She should concentrate on workouts that can accentuate the female body lines. But again, this depends on her goals. If she wants to build a body for body building competition, then that is a different story.
