I have a handicap placard but don't need it every time I park so I don't park in handicap parking those days

I stopped at disabled parking because I had a hangover and heavy headache. Can't believe they arrested me.
Hapoens all the time I actually started a handicapped parking section of such ppl abusing these spots.
