Been playing this definitely has pirahna bytes vibes, especially some of the music and progression, I wasn't expecting much but i was pleasantly surprised and spent alot of time on it so far. Wish there was more games in this vein.
Eh, to each their own. I have 400+ hours in it, but I do think it gets marketed to the wrong crowd. "Souls-like" is a terrible misnomer. It's more about survival crafting and decision based storyline immersion with some (albeit goofy at first) combat in between. If you liked the idea but the execution bothered you, they are working on 2, gameplay videos suggest a much smoother combat system at least.
@@omninoob3293 Well the combat was not good, but surely you could see my point if I said the game suffered from a lack of content. But then I never played the DLC's, maybe they fix a few of these problems I don't know.
body types, devs political and restrictive opinions with community + woke culture makes this game not worth it... Refunded it after seeing how one of the devs behaved with the community
Why are body types bad? It's literally just another option, great for those that want it and easily ignorable for those that don't. More options are hardly ever a bad thing.
This game is excellent
Ten hours in, loving this indie gem. If you like any of Piranha Bytes games, not just Gothic, you'll feel right at home here.

really good game omg, at first i was it is hard, but later it reminds me of gothic, morrowind, and no quest pointers, finally.
