hi Dave and dave its scotty again the first show done really good thanks for your pictures you both taken over the years i can remember my 1st time at old Trafford in the Stretford end standing the buzz just hits you i loved it the arsenal game when Michael knighton took over buying united what was back the if i can remember was only 2 million pounds andcthat to be invested in to reding the Stretford end mr martin Edwards said any way getting back to the arsenal game that i went to the 2nd game that season away to crystal place 1-1 draw that evening robbo scored there so many games i can remember watching united and to talk about dave set up a WhatsApp group so we can talk about united so please as a fellow reds let's get this group chat happing hope you and dave do this please cheers mate scotty the red devil United

I'm 60, from Malaysia and started supporting United in 71 just as soon as Frank O Farrell became manager. I think my dad's stories on Munich, Sir Matt, the 3 amigos and benfica helped me make my choice. Met Ray Wilkins in 96 here in Malaysia and spoke to him about that fractured jaw and feeling sad for him about losing the captaincies of both United and England. I will be hoping for more wonderful stories Dave!
Wow it must be amazing memories for you. Which one bigger in Malaysia, Man United supporter or Liverpool supporter? Anyway I'm from Indonesia and yes I'm Man United supporter too haha..
@@andiisunited Andi I still think Malaysia has more Red devil's but now I see a few man city jerseys in town. Liverpool also has big support here. In the 90s there were a few Blackburn and Newcastle fans too. Oh also a lot of gunners haha
@@rajenkasi67 I just know that there also Blackburn supporter in Malaysia too! Well at least Man United has comes several times to Malaysia. For Indonesia, until today they only visit and play once here for mini tournament with Indonesia national team and Ajax Amsterdam in 1975.

United were in Malaysia in 1981, 96, 2001 (Veron and Van nistelrooy debut) and 2008. I have also seen United play in Hong Kong and Melbourne. Once in Old Trafford in 2000. I'm 61 this year Andi. I love this team more than anything.

The players are Alex Stepney, Alex Forsyth, Arthur Albiston, Gerry Daly, Jimmy Nicoll, Jim McCalliog, Trevor Anderson, Sammy McIlroy, Stuart Pearson, David McCreery and Anthony Young. Man United play under perform and they make Indonesian people disappointed because didn't bring the best squad as they promise in contract. The Manager, Tom "The Doc" Docherty even have to play as player in second half hahaha.. Indonesia could hold Man United 0-0 at that time. Ajax won the mini tournament after defeat Man United 3-2 and defeat Indonesia 4-1. The proof that Man United visit Indonesia can be seen right now in Man United museum at Old Trafford where Indonesia national team flag penant displayed there.
