I just used this trap a few days ago. works amazing. If you want the perfect space, place 10 foundations from the billboards/trap and place the canon.. Raise it once. And you are good to go.
Death worms always spawn in front of the mesas south of green ob - sometimes you get 3-4 at a time.

Check out the trap that involves a flyer. It only takes about 7 foundations, some double door frames, and 2 walls.

I have one it seems to heal better with sulfer and it eats stone plus sulfer. Just a suggestion

Name it round house. Also is splash damage no longer a thing seeing you didn’t drop efficiency. The old trap prevented it that’s why it was required for a perfect tame, however that’s seem to be irrelevant now.

Hey axe love your vids, i use another trap that i think is easier, i use 3 dino gates and a bazooka to tame these guys, and his face sticks out and his stones can't hit you because of the gates, you shoot him every time after he throws a stone, that is a good time period for the torpor
For the position of the gates i use this shape \_/ with him in the middle, i use the ghillie outfit and cactus broth for the positioning of the gates as long you don't touch him directly he won't attack you
It's easier to set up, cause you don't have the weight of the canon balls, i spend between 7 to 15 missiles(you can get them from the loots), it depends on the lvl of the rock elem. It works every time👍

They have no weight reduction on resources. Alpha has a gerented Alpha map and 75 black perals.
So i retract my suggestion for using fasos. After watching raas suffer to even do gamma with them i would not advise it now. Instead and i know you said you dont like them, but poison wyverns are very strong because their poison has no damage negation on the manticore. Wyvern army to the rescue. Also looks like wyverns may not get knocked out as easily anymore to manitcore.
Wyvern on gamma are OK, I tried on beta, they all went to sleep and got eaten by death worms. For solo, rexs seem to be best.
Raas did poison wyverns plus yuti on beta and none of them went to sleep so idk. Just have to make sure they can use their breath attack with the setting in the radial wheel

That was a pretty easy trap.
I hate the new camera angle on the thyla.
I don't know why everyone tries to get so creative with golem traps when the original way is still the simplest and best way to do it. I've been using the same trap method since old ark and sorched earth first came out. Make a u shape with 5 metal dino gates, 5 pillars on the front going up and above gates then 3 ceiling, 3 walls to block rocks and a cannon exactly 5 foundations of space away, now go hit a perfect shot every time

If triangle foundations are too hard, maybe you shouldn;t be playing ark.
The point of the foundations is to space and align everything properly to avoid all the faffing about and wasted time you went through before starting to shoot the cannon
Fatdog makes amazing traps that help for 100% effectiveness and easy taming, but unless you've got a great memory, or tame these guys all the time for pvp, most pve'rs only tame one of these things maybe once a year.
Is nice to have a super easy billboard trap for the simple folks who don't feel like following a tutorial before taming.
Really can't wait until Axe does see an Alpha Deathworm...they so beeg & scary.
