I would like to ask is oxytaclone or any other heating technique needed to form helmet or is just to make it easier, and is it possible to make for example a great helm without any heating?

Great helmet is riveted from several smaller pieces which can be formed cold. If you want to made one piece helmet widh deep skull like sallet you will need heating.

Theres no measurements, because the size changes depending for who your making it.

Je ne suis pas prêt à sortir 20$ pour une vidéo unitaire... Pourtant je verse 5€ par mois via Teepee à un youtubeur menuisier (Samuel Namias) et je serais prêt à le faire aussi pour votre chaîne si la production était régulière... Osez l'économie du gratuit, fendez l'armure !
PS : Félicitations pour les vidéos passées. J'ai eu du plaisir à les regarder.
