    I HAD A STROKE I couldn't talk or use my fingers on my right hand.
    My left brain is gone. My right brain is alright but I couldn't count change..
    Whenever I feel a Minnie stroke coming on and see Christmas lights around my eyes, I put a small amount of niacin under my tongue and it goes away in about 5 minutes.
    My brother had tunnel vision. I asked him if he heard of a niacin flush? He took the niacin and it cleared up immediately. That was 10 years ago, and it hasn't returned.
    Now I am better, I play the piano, Chopin, Liszt. Don't give up!

    I love Niacin ! I was diabetic and had hyperlipodemia. I also have Graves’ disease. My triglycerides were 480 6 months ago. They are now 80. My hdl was low 39 now 49 and my LDL was 169 now 129
    This is what happened in one month with Edur-acin 500 mg
    My Aug 2023 LDL 141
    My Sept 2023 LDL 129
    My Aug HDL 39
    My Sept HDL 49
    In April my health declined and I was diagnosed with diabetes. My A1C was 6.9 . I’m now prediabetic at 5.7 after 6 months. I don’t eat sugar or processed foods anymore.
    In April I took a low dose omega 3.
    In July I began taking omega 3 sport’s research 1250 mg x2
    Nature made Cholesteroff plus (sterol/stenol) x4 qty
    And Nicotinic acid by endur-acin (wax matrix niacin).
    The niacin has made me super calm and reduced my cortisol levels, yet it also gives me an energy that I haven’t had in years. It also opens up my sinuses and congestion from minor food sensitivities or house hold chemical irritation like bleach or construction dust . I used to get stuffy when I laid down at night - this opens everything up so I can sleep.
    The higher dose of omega 3 got rid of full body joint pain (immediately). And the choletsteroff worked with both supplements to dramatically drop my triglycerides and LDL.
    I follow the National Institute of Health’s TLC guidelines. My father died of a heart attack. I experienced many of his symptoms. I wish I could have told him how life changing these three supplements are.
    I have always taken zinc oratate, magnesium bisglynate, vit d3 , and NAC at lower levels. I now take these at dosages that are used in studies for immunity.
    I also began taking a triple strain probiotic in July with TumLove pea protein to heal my gut and better absorb protein . I eat 70% lean protein and 30% complex carbs 1% healthy fats like avocados and nuts
    The 3 that changed my blood work radically in 6 months I will discontinue when I’m in perfect health, but the niacin I will never give up because it makes me feel so well. My energy. My sleep. My congestion and all in one month I could zero in on exactly what supplements radically changed my blood work in 45 days to be exact! Doctors in the UK frequently prescribe Nicotinic acid and plant sterols instead of statins , unlike in the US where people are over prescribed and experience side effects while never addressing the root cause such as lifestyle.
    Sugar is a toxin and caused me much physical pain. These supplements aided my 47 lb weight loss as well. I lost weight consistently every week for 6 months .

      Endur- Acin wax matrix niacin (nicotinic acid)500 mg X 3 times at meals. A meal or snack especially (apple) helps lessen or prevent the flush. It is no flush (thus wax matrix) but some people like myself are sensitive and always experience flushing. This is the mildest flush i’ve ever experienced. I only get it occasionally. And if you do you can just eat an apple. A meal or snack is not required for everyone.
      I began by breaking a tablet in half the first Few days and gradually built up to a 1500 mg/day. I will continue for two years based on research that I’ve read. I love how niacin makes me feel. I love how it helps m sleep. I love the improved energy. Most of all , I no longer worry about my bloodwork.
      Niacin used to scare me because of flush. I chose this brand and form because of research, my sensitivity , and consumer safety. I required studies and there are other types of slow release or extended release on the market that aren’t safe or well researched.

      @@fantasybabe70 my reply was deleted. Endur acin wax matrix nicotinic acid prescribed by my nutritionist a medical doctor- 500 mg 2x a day 1000 total with Naturemade Cholesteroff plus 2 capsules for the two heaviest fat meals. ..meaning 4 capsules per day. And omega 3 (2000 mg ) is the inflammation and medical research dosage. I take 2080 mg bc my autoimmune and symptoms disease requires a min epa:dha ratio and I take a min research dosage of omega 3 as I try to get my nutrition from food and not overwhelm the liver with supplements.
      Many MD’s ignore root cause because many people aren’t willing to make lifestyle changes like eliminating toxin exposure and inflammatory foods, lack of exercise etc., but we have solutions. Don’t give up.

      Yes . I do . I have Graves’ disease so that is my daily supplement.
      I take Nicotinic acid (wax matrix) along with cholestoff plus and omega 3 (2000 mg) for diabetes and hyperlipodemia. I no longer have either .
      For my immunity (auto immune disease) I also combine d3, magnum bisglynate, zinc orotate, NAC, and probiotics. This form of niacin has cleared a lot of my brain fog, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, In addition to no longer being diabetic or having hyperlipodemia. I will never stop taking it because it makes me feel great. I was afraid to take it at first because the terrible flush I experienced in the past. After reading many research papers I chose this form and am so glad that I did. I use a product called endur- icin. 500 mg was enough to get my blood work normal after one month, but I now take up to 1500 and take a couple days off because it just gives me energy but makes me feel so incredibly calm. I have hyper thyroidism so this is a bit of a miracle supplement for me in the well being and peace I feel. I swear it must reduce cortisol as well. I haven’t researched that, but it’s changed so many things for me. In the UK it is prescribed first instead of statins (see NIH free guide for cholesterol called (TLC) In the US it is used in Pharmaceuticals (fenofibrate ).
      Plant sterols and niacin should be prescribed before statins because they really work in less than 30 days . I did blood tests every month. I recorded my foods, and I researched . I couldn’t live with the inflammation and symptoms any longer. Or surprise ER visits while never addressing the root cause. I had inflammation in every joint and began experiencing some really upsetting confusion. I stopped driving for a couple months. Now I feel young and strong again. I just needed to pinpoint the cause of all my inflammation. I gave up sugar . But statins are good for those who don’t make lifestyle changes. We do what we have to do to have quality of life .

      Yup. Cholesterol is a steroid produced by your body to aid in healing. Your body uses it to produce many other important things needed for body maintenance. The older you get or the more physically active you are the more healing you require.......other health issues aside. The whole story of cholesterol in the medical industry is basically a scam. IT's the symptom not the cause. Everyone I know on high cholesterol medication has never had any improvements to their health by lowering the values. In fact they usually continue to degrade.

      Niacinamide is overloaded already due to lack of niacin in modern diet, do not take niacinmaide. You need flusheffect niacin to hit the Gpr109a receptor, it’s the key to homeostasis. It’s literally the foundation for all metabolic pathways/health. Go look up the hundreds of studies over past century on nicotinic acid/flush niacin, there’s not much it can’t fix. Wonder why mainstream science has suppressed this knowledge f-r so long whilst humanity gets more and more depleted leading to many chronic diseases. I take 2 to 3 grams of it a day, never felt better and cleared long covid issues.

    Hello. May I ask, do you not recommend statins for controlling cholesterol levels?

    • @stanleyyu2079
      @stanleyyu2079 Год назад

      Statins inhibit HMG-CoA reductase which is an enzyme in the upstream pathway of the biosynthesis of cholesterol, CoQ10, selenoproteins, vitamin K2. That is how statins stop the body from making new cholesterol plus the other 3 useful nutrients.
      Deficient in CoQ10 and selenoproteins will cause brain fog and muscle weakness including heart muscle.
      Deficient in vitamin K2 can cause calcium plaques in the arteries. People with high cholesterol should take coronary artery calcium (CAC) scan to assess the plaque blockage.

    • @stanleyyu2079
      @stanleyyu2079 Год назад +2

      If someone has to take statin, he/she should take Coq10 and vitamin K2 as supplement. There is no supplement for selenoproteins.

    • @bojax3434
      @bojax3434 Год назад

      No, you’re not misunderstanding, you’re DISCOVERING how inept the FDA is at this stuff. For example, vitamin D is recommended at 400 iu/day. Well, that amount is the amount you need daily to not be considered “deficient”, but get this….ONLY as it pertains to bone and teeth health! They actually have no idea how much D your body “needs”, as vitamin D is involved in MUCH more than just strong bones and teeth. Optimal doses of vitamin D are more likely around 5-10,000 iu/day! Niacin is the same, it’s involved in over 500 processes in the body. The experts aren’t the experts, especially when they are attached to a government entity like the FDA. Good news is, today it’s much easier to do your own research and due diligence.

    I have 50mg flushing niacin (nicotinic acid) daily first thing in the morning on empty stomach and ldl cholesterol has dropped by 30% in 4 months.
    I also have 50mg niacinamide for skin , energy and NAD boost requirements later in the day.
    Since niacin requires tonnes of methyl groups on many of its metabolic pathways, I balance niacin intake with a fully methyl B complex (containing b6/b9/b12) during the evenings. Normally you must maintain 400mcg of folate/5mthf for every 50mg of niacin otherwise the flushing effect may be stronger and overtime your liver enzymes might get elevated. I also take vit E (mixed tocopherols) to prevent/reduce lipid peroxidation with a fatty meal. Vit C and vit E work well together and combined with B3 (niacinamide variant) the skin benefits are amazing.
