Two bullied Steam trips over shap+5Z47 Jacobite stock move+Hawswater Reservoir views 08/06/2024

Two steam tours out in the north west today over shap, The Lakelander with SR34046 Braunton and SR 34067 Tangmere on the S&C steam Special, seen at shap wells . not my best filming with camera and sound probs i have cut the video down to a reasonable watch, also later pm Fort William to Carnforth stock move filmed at Shap wells, also a wonderfull afternoon visiting Haweswater and a little walk in the sunshine, not been there for many a year .

I was hoping to catch two in the same shot, still not happened but not far appart, infact one went out of view and the other appeared very shortly after, still it was an interesting day all in, cheers Steve .

Brilliant video Steve, loved the water / cattle scenes at the end!
What a day!! I got both Bullieds a few times between Warrington ,Carlisle and back. Good to see the stock move from Fort William, I thought about waiting for it at Carlisle. On a side note.. I've never seen so much maize under plastic as I have today?? Not really needed in Cheshire.

Thankd Philip, was nice to have a day without rain so one could get out to enjoy the countrside, it was great to see to bullied's over shap in the morning, note on maize, they say it helps germination and matures up to a week earlier with higher starch levels and better milk yield and pays for it's self, cheers Steve .
