Came here to learn about how to build better Underwater viewing areas and came out learning about how to hide the UI, how to curve fences without having to place a straight one first and way more. Wasn't expecting to learn so much after having had played the game for over 100 hours already but thank you so much for taking the time and sharing your wisdom with us!
@@DeLadysigner Same, I just got the game for Christmas, I kinda feel late to the party haha. But these videos have been life savers, thanks for making them!
I've learned more about barriers, paths, and terrain sculpting from this video than I have learned from a dozen other PZ tutorials combined. Thank you!!!! I'm seriously about to go get a notebook and rewatch this.
I'm completely new to this game, and didn't play Planet Coaster. Your basic tips and tricks have been amazing! Please keep them going, they are making a huge difference to me, and I'm sure lots of other people too. Thanks so much for making time for the people with far less skill and experience.
Came over her after watching Raptor talk about how great you were on his live stream. He was sooo right!!! Your way of teaching makes me so anxious to get back in the game and make my zoo looking fresh AF! Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for a clear, simlle tutorial with all the keyboard shortcuts! This game is super fun but very overwhelming at first when I know what I want to do but not how to do it.
I hope it helps ♥ getting used to all the controls are key. ones you know everything and all cool tricks, you are ready to build the zoos of your dreams ♥
I have been playing planet zoo for about 2 years, but I was never any good at building. It never looked good, barely decent. But I just found your channel and it's helping a lot, thank you
Love these tutorials videos help out a lot someone new at building and don’t know the controls much love how much depth and good information these videos are keep up the great work and thanks for the help
Have been playing PZ for a couple months now and just wanted to say THANK YOU for all your videos! They’re so well made and helpful and all your builds are gorgeous ❤
I've been looking looking a aquatic habitat tutorial because I can't figure out how to do add the habitat doors and this tutorial sorta helped me picture how to do it, Thanks for this!
Already pressed the thumbs-up icon before seeing anything of this video! I didn't know about the fact that you can use the Z-key for bending the barriers too, that's really neat! I'm struggling with this sometimes as it won't bend into the direction I want it too, but I think now it will! Thank you very much for another very educational video! :)
This was so much easier in Zoo Tycoon. You raise the area where you want the water, run the line of Tank Wall fencing, then add the water in. It carved out the bottom of the water area on its on depending on whether you set it for deep or shallow water. Then you used the Flatten Terrain tool from the path side, and flatten out the path and the interior of the water area, and voila! No worries about the barrier not meeting the edge of the water, it all just worked.
Yout tutorials are some of the best I have watched. What keys you're using just makes things so much easier to follow. I will have to find time to watch some of the actual building. But I'm watching more than playing haha
I haven't played in a while. I completely forgot the terrain stamp tool existed 😂 I was really struggling trying to make an underground viewing area til you reminded me of it lol
Omg I've tried for so long to do the water viewing and never managed to do it. Thank you for showing the tools I had no idea you could make the terrain move like that xx
Thank you so much, your tutorials helped me catch up in Planet Zoo (did not played it for like two years). I just bought most of the DLCs since its on sale at steam and I have troubles adjusting to the new features it introduced. You're a life saver and a time saver.
Lmao, it’s 5am and I’m still up watching your videos because hey we’re all in quarantine. What is real life anymore? I’m half tempted to boot up my laptop and go back to playing Planet Zoo, your tutorials are soooo helpful. I got Planet Zoo a few weeks ago to help pass the time during lock down. I love it but was so lost with building. Your videos and a few other you tubers have been so helpful.
This is a great tutorial and I think it translates to console edition very well! I spent 4 hours between trying to create an underwater view for my pygmy hippos, realizing I did it wrong, restarting, repeating that once more 😔 little did I know I was overcomplicating things, excited to try again tonight. Thank you for this wonderful video!!!
My 6 years old son had an idea to build such an aquarium for the Hippos, and it took us an hour but couldn't figure it out. So we searched and found your video and my son said "This lady is a genius, she is 1000 times smarter than me" 🤣 That was a very innocent and honest compliment from him
I did not know you could angle the terrain stamp tool!!! The amount of time I've wasted trying to make these things using less effective methods is crazy. Thanks!!!
I literally just spent an hour getting so mad trying to make a seal exhibit and now I'm even more annoyed because it was actually this easy T_T thank you for this, I needed it!!!
I have a question. I did a underwater viewing gallery like you did. And i added hippoes to the enclosure. But they are unhappy because they say there is no water, but there actually is. Idk if its a bug , but if you would know why is this happening please answer! Thank you
This is awesome! I'm loving these tutorials. I don't have Planet Zoo yet, but I plan on it. And I never played Planet Coaster, so I'm completely new to the controls. These are extremely helpful! Thank you!

Thanks for this! Can't wait to put that stamp tool to use for some good hippo viewing :) Also giving my a good idea how to do caves and such, awesome! :)
Thank you for this! Can you do a video for us that don’t have a lot of time to spend earning tons of CC, the fastest way to make conservation credits? That would be great 😊
good tip and hot key that i never know! thanks a lot! / i am Thai player with not very good english here. ;D Your clip help me so much. You have a clear voice and a popup info text that help me catch up. Thanks again.
Just curious, have you had this problem? I was digging out a water area for a sea lion habitat, but I changed my mind on where I wanted it. So, I filled in the holes, or at least I thought I did. So, I was going to put a seal habitat in the same general area, but my terrain stamping tool doesn't go straight. Like I see the terrain underground looks like it's still modified, plus I can see the grid is uneven with the tool. Did I royally screw things up trying to undo my terraforming?
I really have no idea! But would recommended sending a bug report via the issue tracker and offer them to share your save file so they can look into it 🤗❤️
Been a while, but I found the problem. In places where I did the digging, I had to pull the terrain up to catch any uneven spots, then flatten the terrain out again. Took me a lot of work to figure that out.
Holy maccaroni, I struggled so much with my underwater viewing area and completely forgot about the new terrain tools. Was making it all by hand with the other tools and lost my mind over it...
I have been struggling and struggling, even dreaming of making my Polar Bear underwater gallery... these are such easy techniques ... I am so grateful.... perhaps update this tutorial with the latest release of the game.... will be amazing
I made a food court in a low terrain, fully surrounded by a huge water gallery. It`s still empty though, but I think to place gharials there. Its pity there is too few water animals in this game.
Hi, great video :) I was wondering is it best to create these things in sandbox and then save as a blueprint for other modes? Also, will that save the terrain layout too?
I really like this videos it helps a lot, but I get confused on how to execute and build a habitat around those underwater viewing areas. Do you have a video on that?
