When you think about it, that mod is incredibly ruthless and kinda evil. You harvest the souls of creatures from the world and feed the collected essence to a fire demon imprisoned in a furnace in order to infuse your equipment with it just for minor performance improvement. On an industrial scale.
Needless to say, I like it!

It causes me physical pain to watch the enchanted golden apples loose the enchantment.
it should probably a) give a HECK of a ton of expirience and b)e reversable, maybe at a cost.... (like using blaze caked mixer recipe with additional gold and such)
Yeah i would expect ench gapples to at least give hyper experience
But also cost a bit more hyper experience then they give to enchant back

I think this mod would be so sick to add to a modpack where you can’t enchant your own tools with an enchantment table or anvil. Like you could enchant the books sure, but you need the ancient knowledge of a blaze to actually apply the spell to your equipment.

This is the type of thing that would cement someone as defacto ruler of a server. The ability to not only enchant on an industrial scale but OVER enchant is easily one of the most powerful abilities you could get in most modpacks
It honestly baffles me why XP storing doesn't exist in Vanilla Minecraft, anyways it's a really cool mod! This will definitely be used in my own Create world!
I think they want to add a proper penalty to death.
I don't add anything with XP storage in most of my modpacks, but I will be adding this to an Origins Factions server I'm making soon!
My reasoning is that that server has another penalty to death, with the Factions mod- being killed by another player shrinks the claim power of your faction, which could potentially make your stuff- including your XP storage- quite vulnerable.
Technically does exist, just not in a form we're able to utilize at all (Exp Bottles)

@ovaldestiny my Idea too. You could also do like a automated delivery system with trains and stuff (maybe a mailbox system) and actually become a newspaper with a factory and stuff. Having friends and a server is probably really awesome
@@ovaldestiny007 that would be PERFECT for story driven smps if everyone isn’t connected about what’s happening at all times
There could be a player just making a newspaper about the events that happened and delivering it or putting in on some train or system
And if it isn’t used that much, then the player can start putting secret messages in the newspapers
Or if everyone uses it, then something could happen to the player that makes the newspaper but no one catches it at first until they get unsettled by not receiving a newspaper
The Feather Falling is not actually necessary if you're wearing a full set of Protection V. Since all protection-based enchants cap out at a total of 80% damage reduction, and each Protection V provides 20% damage reduction, Feather Falling V has no more room to contribute its impressive 60% fall damage reduction.
That being said, you'd still probably want to add it for everyday use, since it will kick in if you ever need to take off other armor pieces. With level 5 enchants, you could wear just the boots and still get the maximum 80% fall damage reduction.
I tend to take my armor except boots off when I'm just going to be puttering around my base and so I'm not expecting to fight mobs. I usually keep the feather falling boots on so I don't take a ton of damage if I'm building something.
I remember seeing this addon a while back while it was still in development, it looks like it's really well made!

i just love the amount of effort that was put into this guide
this mod would be so cool to make an "enchanting factory" where you can choose which enchantments you want, funnels can automatically seperate armor, tools, etc. so you dont have to specify. you put the item in, select which enchantments you want, and a minute or 2 later, poof! enchanted item.
Just gotta say you put a lot of work into this presentation of the process! Great work on the set up and building!
Hyper experience bottles could actually be useful for hunting people, it gives them the glowing effect, allowing you to easily see them through walls for a short time

I know it doesn't really have anything to do with enchanting, but I wish they added a newspaper item so we could make a newspaper factory. Books will do though.

If you install this on multiplayer server, you can steal xp from guests in your house by placing carpet over disenchanter.
Seems great! Although knowing myself I would need some failsafes here as I'd definitely disenchant my tools by accident

@@polartt just yesterday i threw out my shulker box with valuables like elytra, potions, etc into lava instead of cobblestone... at least my netherite hoe didn't burn lol
I think I remembered you can automatically repair mending tools by using a Spout full of Liquid Experience

Question. Can I hyper enchant a book with a higher level and then teach the blaze enchanter that new higher level book enchant?
You can't enchant books with the enchanter, you have to print them
I can only imagine polartt, writing the script for the video, thinking it would be a good idea to disenchant an enchanted apple.

I saw when you went in that villager ui. I saw you had the Broken bad mod!
This plus Quark with the ancient tomes, you could probably get a Mending, Unbreaking 5, Looting 5, Sharpness 7 sword with Hyper Enchanting with an enchanted book that was improved.
Fun fact. The strongest piece of armor available to vanilla minecraft is a protection 6 netherite helmet.

@@jakeklic There is a very rare bug with skeleton knights where their helmet can spawn with two of the same enchantment, so there is an incredibly rare chance that a skeleton knight will spawn with protection 3 twice on a diamond helmet which they will rarely drop and can be upgraded with netherite.

dam i like that it makes servers less laggy because you dont need as many or any villagers, but hyper xp a bit op for the little amount of work you put in (createtweaker is nice)

just incase anyone was curios like me if you have a disenchantment mod that puts the enchant on a book you can go up to 2 levels above the normal enchantment(not including stuff like mending and silk touch that can only go up to one)
They should add an item called the extractor, it could extract enchants off of items you give it

Anyone know if u made a 10k source pool of the ink / green xp / blue xp liquid and used the hose and pulley, would it make it infinite?
those liquids arent actual blocks like water or chocolate, you dont have a bucket of experience or anything

In our server i built a silver fish farm and doing the thing with the deployer crashed the whole thing over and over again until i was fast enough to destroy it. Watch out
For some reason the mod doesnt work properly for me for example spouts can't fill bottles with experience for me
How does the smart chute filter out only the mob drops but not the sword that the deployer is holding at 3:45?
i just realised he had the create broken bad mod installed, look at what the villagers were asking for
I set up a mob farm with the deployers and its not droping nuggets of experience when mobs are killed

Using villagers is the exact opposite of automated, you have to trade with them and put the item on yourself. Just hook a mob farm up to your enchant factory

When are we getting the Broken bad mod?
So im having a problem where im not getting nearly as much EXP as you are here, the farm is running fine. its just not nearly making as much exp as you are

Im having a conflict with the straw for blaze burners and the books. I can't give them liquid XP without a straw, and i cant give them both a straw and a book, and they can't enchant without both liquid xp and the book. Any idea?
Make sure you are pumping the liquid xp from the bottom, it won't work if it's from the side
Can you just made a unbreaking VI book, give it to hyper enchanter and get the prot VII book?
