And when these women found out he was screwing others behind their backs, it got UGLY. One day he just disappeared, never heard from him again and the collateral damage was pretty ugly. Apparently he got one pregnant, destroyed her marriage, broke up a couple other relationships and eventually the women all left the business.

Plus, a master suite normally caters to a woman's needs for a well lit vanity, a tub, a large closet, etc. Why let her keep those features?

I have to disagree. I don't think they've lost the moral high ground. I think they're two people who have been wronged, and share a common grief. They're seeking comfort, normalcy, and reclamation of self esteem. They're not the same as the cheaters who's motivation was pure selfishness.
