    How to Clean Your Wax Warmer - DIY Home Waxing Tips!
    With everything going on in the world, many of us are doing our waxing on our own! I recently got this new warmer, which requires more maintenance than what I was used to. After a little trial and error, I figured out how to clean it in between waxings.

      If you let that bit of wax to cool a bit you can just pull it out completely 😉 that's how I clean mine.no paper or oil needed

      I can see doing that possibly with soft wax, but that's impossible with hard wax

    I have a tip for everyone: buy a small heatproof silicone bowl, a one that fits inside the metal container and next time out the wax in it and melt it there. When you're done let it dry in it and then pop it out of it. Just make sure the bowl is heatproof cause some can melt and fuck up your wax warmer.

      I just replaced my wax warmer and got a small heatproof silicone bowl as well! It’s so much easier, but I still need to find an easier way to get the wax off the outside of the warmer. That is what’s bugging me

    i made a step by step for myself:
    1. pluck in warmer, turn it to max
    2. put bowl in, cover up, let wax melt
    3. take it out (plastic)
    4. piece of paper towel + stick, push it around
    5. add some oil (kitchen oil), slash it around
    6. put it back in warm warmer, put lid on
    7. melt it more
    8. piece of paper towel, wipe it up again.
    9. use dish soap to wash it out like a pot

    Perfect! Just unboxed mine to use today & was at a lost. Glad I found you 1st.
    I did leave my pot in the warmer turned on max & was able to hold the handle (thumb & index finger) while resting my hand on the outside of the warmer to keep it from sliding around--the paper towel method literally cleaned 98% of it out this way (literally looked clean & just felt sticky). I'll still do the oil for the sticky residue left behind & then wash.
    Thanks bunches!

      @umme kadir I have the same issue & I've used 2 different brands. Once these packs are done I'm gonna try one more time & just pay up (4 packs came with my warmer for all hair types & worked okay. The other I purchased specifically for coarse hair was kind of cheap & was terrible).

    • @SRenaDTML
      @SRenaDTML 3 года назад

      @umme kadir I may convert! Nobody wanna damage/irritate their skin having to do so many passes. I have to constantly adjust the temp for it to stay melted enough, but then it's too hot. Sugar waxing sounds amazing! Plus, more natural is always best. These wax beans Stank! Lol

    • @SRenaDTML
      @SRenaDTML 3 года назад

      @umme kadir True. & the wax cooling/reheating during the entire process makes it take longer than necessary. Hopefully, a better quality machine & beans will help. I'm just trying to save money, but the cons are beginning to outweigh the pros.

    Thank you so much! 😩 My bowl has all these scratches from when I tried cleaning it. I havent tried again because I don't like to sit there and scrape (i also think that it might not be safe?). Im gonna try this after im done with the current wax

    Thank you so much for this video. 🖤 I have been wanting to change the type of beads I use but thought I had to buy another pot since I couldn't get all of the wax out.
