If you have the GiGi Honee wax warmer you will be able to follow along step by step with this visual aid. If you do not have the same wax warmer, NO PROBLEM, you can still follow along by applying each step to the warmer you own. In this video I will be removing strip or soft wax, GiGi Crème Wax from the warmer. Warmer and wax links are provider down below.

Instead of nail polish remover, use a mineral oil like baby oil or even coconut oil while the pot is hot. It works awesomely, without destroying the finish on your transparent plastic areas. It will still take of the logo though so work around it if you want to save the logos. A small piece of fabric or a paper towel soaked in baby oil can be used to clean inside as well. Use a little alcohol afterwards to sanitise and remove the oils after the pot cools.

Had my warmer for 10 plus years. This totally worked. I used coconut oil to clean the inside and outside and used nail polish remover to get what the oil didn’t get.

You saved my warmer! I originally got it to keep my brows cleaned up between real waxings bit during quarantine I used it so much for me, my sister, and mom that it got nasty. I was so frustrated trying to clean it I was tempted to just buy a new one. But with your tutorial I got it looking brand new again! Thanks!

This tutorial was amazing. I appreciate everything you just did. I am gonna start cleaning mine right now and yes, I do agree. Your music is too loud and you have a very soft voice. The music behind this tutorial should be like a calming music, because when you’re at a spa, there you hear a calming music waterfall, or sound of water or birds. But anyways, you are amazing thank you

If the leftver wax is thick enough I find it easier to just use the blunt end of one of the tools in my multi-tool kit (a flat head screwdriver or anything similar also works), stick it in just enough to create a hole in the bed of hardened wax, and move the tool around to let the air into that hole, and basically lift the wax off entirely from the inner pot.
Of course, it might not work on other types of wax. I use the bead ones. Hope this helps though!
