Three years ago I did a modification of the clutch basket and I have to say that is big improvement. Now I ordered after your video Cymark gearchange and hope will be even little bit better. Thanks
Oh, I got one of those on my L8 :-) Anyway, no missed gear-changes after fitting. I can also feel the gear change ever so slightly tighten on 5th & 6th in Summer.
so basically 5 x 2mm spacers behind the rear ( or front if CV0nn is correct) sprocket and job done. No need for importing a 2mm thick disc at $$$. Have I missed something?
Seems like cymarc has got this the wrong way around. The misalignment is said to be 2mm outwards, so the sprocket carrier has to be moved inside by 2mm. This product does the opposite. Surprised you liked the results.
i'm in california, i have a 2009 dl 1000 with 40 kilometers on it. it has the well known chudder at low rpm revs. People say its the clutch basket design. Do you know about this issue? What does this gear change enhancer do exactly...?
It apparently corrects the mis-alignment between the front and rear socket. All reviews say this is a good bit of kit. Seriously thinking of getting one myself. As for the clutch chudder check out the werks clutch basket upgrade for information.
