Hey I just got a second hand Ex7s and I tried putting on a pair of look pedals but the spindal was to small. What size is the spindal for this bike? I look up the manual for the bike and i had no luck finding it.
Looking forward to see if this bike can work with other apps like Peloton. Some people report they can still synch with the Peloton app on their phone/iPads. Others say it only works if you unplug the echelon tablet.
Hello there. I see you're still at it. I wonder if the tablet on this bike is open platform. Can you download other apps or use it like a regular tablet? Looking forward to upcoming videos. Echelon seems to be a pretty good brand.
Hi Matt. Absolutely love your videos and advice. I initially bought a Sunny SF-B1913 (similar to the 1805 you reviewed but with sensors onboard) from Costco.ca. I just received my IC4 to compare. I will be receiving a Xiomi Yesoul S3 soon to round out my comparison. I know that both of the bikes that I have now are excellent in their respective categories. The Yesoul can be found for $520 Canadian on sale quite often on Amazon.ca. It has magnetic resistance (100 levels), belt drive and Bluetooth for an amazingly cheap price. I'm wondering if it could be the sleeper choice for those on a very tight budget. Would you please consider reviewing it and doing a Peloton/Yesoul resistance conversion chart for it? I would love to hear your thoughts. I wanted to email you this but I couldn't locate your email. Keep up the amazing work! Looking forward to hearing back.
Hi im looking at a free echelon bike , flywheel in back , they state the chain will need put back on ? does it have a chain that a consumer could take some covers off and put it back on ? thank you
Hi Matt I have a troubleshooting rn after I sign in to wifi it says to tap on serial number to connect but theres nothing to tap on the screen and it's just stuck there I tried restarting it but same problem
I think the serial number should be on a sticker on the bike somewhere maybe down on the frame by the power supply on the bottom. You should be able to enter this number in manually right?
@TailHappyTV I can't type or tap anything , it says to pedal to wake up your equipment then has a small white screen that says tap serial number to connect there's no other options or anything for me to manually add anything and when I hard resets it does the same
...because who wants to read the instruction packet
Assembly instructions start at 3 minute marker

Can I connect an ex5 screen to a basic "connect" model? Will it find the bike via bluetooth?

Ok now the serial number pops up but when I press it , it just says connecting but nothing is happening?
