It depends on how the R211As R211Ts are doing and running properly with no foolishness and no issues. How ever they are definitely gonna keep some R46S on the open cut just like they did the R32S. Don't count the R46S out yet.

I still keep mentioning the same point, which will never get proven to the company itself, how they don’t let machinery die out instead of letting it work it’s time But then again, if it gets to a level where most of them die at the same time, in the process of using what still works, that’s more trains to tow and delays.
The A line runs 38 trains. The C line runs only 18. If they are keeping the R179 fleet. I know there are 13 R179 trains on the A line. 11 (8-Car) R179 trains on the C line. So basically the A line would only be able to run 25 R211 trains and the C would be able to run only 7 R211 trains
Mta wants 31 sets in service by august but that is not happening that last delivery they had was back in October and we in December there a lot of issues with the r211 I know someone that works at Kawasaki
