I love it as well. Agoraphobia has taken so many moments away from me (like high-school graduation, it also had a lot to do with me failing my sophomore year in college). I have been working on it going on 3 years now so that I can finally go to school. I've been very scared to go to CVS to pick up my medication. It's a controlled substance & I feel like everyone around me thinks I'm a drug addict or a thief or fraud. It terrifies me that they will disgrace me or withhold my medicine. Especially in front of a crowd. It's so hard to step away & realize how crazy that sounds and how many other people come in for that same medication. Plus the fact that I've been in there before. I came here just for the gags, but this video has really changed me... I was not expecting Ethan to be talking about his awkward social experiences, or his previously unknown anxiety. These hit home to me because these are all things I feel, and although everyone thinks i'm fine (if not weird or a little bit insane), I am truly having problems coping with people in an social environment. I can't meet new people, and I can't talk to girls period. I have skipped out on so many social gatherings because of all the trouble I pictured it'd cause me if I went. It truly is hard. What surprised me even more was the story of how Ethan met HiIla, because your story seems now eerily similar to my own. That's because there is a certain person, who probably doesn't know I exist, who just looks like a sizzling hot *chicken*. That person seems more introverted like I am, and we went to school long ago, but I just can't talk anymore like I used to as a kid. I feel, truly deep in my heart, that If I could bring up the insane amount of courage and actually talk to this person, my life would be more complete, even them just being my friend. This video really shows me the reality of how I need to actively work on my behavior and try talking to people, even if it feels awkward or annoying. I figure if I can talk enough to people, I could make friends even with my lame immature personality. I am not writing this to try and gain pity, although I have done similar things in the past because I want attention; I am writing this to convey my immense gratitude to Ethan and Hila Klein, who not only are my favorite youtubers, but also are people who I can now connect to on an emotional and spiritual level because of our shared experiences. I've had the same problem I had panic attacks on a daily bases but meditation has helped so much. I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't for it. The reason we get anxiety is because we are trying to escape the present moment. It all has to do with breathing deeply from your stomach and being aware of your breath . It also brings me into the moment and knowing that my thoughts do not control me . Anxiety is normal but having too much of it isn't . We have to watch what we eat as well. Look up " infinite waters" on RUclips he's a psychologist and does videos on Meditation, anxiety, and how to eat right

Any kind of progress is rewarding, you're still at the first step, a lot of us have been there, but eventually when you approach new, favorable situations, because of enduring the pain and discomfort, you feel rewarded. No awards come from stagnancy and basic comfort, that alone is the reason me and others keep trying.
Super Fantastic and don't forget when we go to sleep, our brain playback all embarassing moments when we go out from our comfort zone. Then we stay up late until 5 am.
It's not pathetic. It's a real struggle that people who don't suffer with have a hard time understanding. I've dealt with anxiety most of my life, and only recently gave in and sought treatment for it. It was the best decision of my life. I met my husband online and had our first meeting at the promenade in Santa Monica. Was trying to talk myself out of it with every step I took. I was about to turn around and walk away when I got a tap on the shoulder and was asked if he could hug me. I said sure. I think I shook for a good fifteen minutes. We dated while he was active duty navy and through distance. He has helped me find confidence in myself and became my home, no matter how far away I’ve been from my hometown, I’ve always felt home wherever we’ve been sent together. He is the most beautiful person in the world to me. I’m so glad I went that day. I’m glad I didn’t stay home that morning and let my anxiety win out because I wouldn’t have found my person.

I've been very scared to go to CVS to pick up my medication. It's a controlled substance & I feel like everyone around me thinks I'm a drug addict or a thief or fraud. It terrifies me that they will disgrace me or withhold my medicine. Especially in front of a crowd. It's so hard to step away & realize how crazy that sounds and how many other people come in for that same medication. Plus the fact that I've been in there before.

I came here just for the gags, but this video has really changed me...
I was not expecting Ethan to be talking about his awkward social experiences, or his previously unknown anxiety. These hit home to me because these are all things I feel, and although everyone thinks i'm fine (if not weird or a little bit insane), I am truly having problems coping with people in an social environment. I can't meet new people, and I can't talk to girls period. I have skipped out on so many social gatherings because of all the trouble I pictured it'd cause me if I went. It truly is hard.
What surprised me even more was the story of how Ethan met HiIla, because your story seems now eerily similar to my own. That's because there is a certain person, who probably doesn't know I exist, who just looks like a sizzling hot *chicken*. That person seems more introverted like I am, and we went to school long ago, but I just can't talk anymore like I used to as a kid. I feel, truly deep in my heart, that If I could bring up the insane amount of courage and actually talk to this person, my life would be more complete, even them just being my friend. This video really shows me the reality of how I need to actively work on my behavior and try talking to people, even if it feels awkward or annoying. I figure if I can talk enough to people, I could make friends even with my lame immature personality.
I am not writing this to try and gain pity, although I have done similar things in the past because I want attention; I am writing this to convey my immense gratitude to Ethan and Hila Klein, who not only are my favorite youtubers, but also are people who I can now connect to on an emotional and spiritual level because of our shared experiences.
I am also writing this so that if anyone who has had a grueling and hard life can also easily reach out, to be heard or just to express gratitude to their favorite pair of jewsters.

I've had the same problem I had panic attacks on a daily bases but meditation has helped so much. I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't for it. The reason we get anxiety is because we are trying to escape the present moment. It all has to do with breathing deeply from your stomach and being aware of your breath . It also brings me into the moment and knowing that my thoughts do not control me . Anxiety is normal but having too much of it isn't . We have to watch what we eat as well. Look up " infinite waters" on RUclips he's a psychologist and does videos on Meditation, anxiety, and how to eat right

Hi, sorry to say but there is a good chance you wownt get there, i never did, i battled social anxiety from aspergers all my life, im now a 37 year old virgin and despite asking thosands of women out (between 1-10 a week) for nearly 20years they all said no all the time, i also had very good looks, women gave me a shit oad of attention some even chatted me up, but social anxiety will put them all off all the time, if someone says they had it and got a woman they are lying to you, real social anxiety not just a bit of nerves will turn every woman on the plannet off you for good, and dont expect to be rejected kindly either, ive been laughed at, there was 1 girl with her mother in a coffee shop that didnt even laugh in my face they laughed with each other, just because these women here pretend they like social anxiety and just because some men here pretend they have it will not mean you get a woman, lots and lots and lots of intensly shy men never get any woman ever ! even if they fight so hard to overcome it women still reject you, theres every chance your life could be a shit as mine, and my god is it shit ! the pain of growing up without anyone ever is so intence it makes me want to die ! growing old and realizing ive missed my chance will cause me so much pain i almost certainly will kill myself, so no, it doesnt always end happily, even if you take action dont expect it to work , because frankly it wownt ! if your nervous women will always reject you !

I met my husband online and had our first meeting at the promenade in Santa Monica. I remember having a strong feeling I’d found my husband when he sent the first message, but didn’t pay it any mind because it was such a ridiculous thought. Anyway, the day we met in person, I was so scared to go. I nearly canceled and considered not showing up all together because I was terrified. I showed up anyway. Was trying to talk myself out of it with every step I took. I was about to turn around and walk away when I got a tap on the shoulder and was asked if he could hug me. I said sure. I think I shook for a good fifteen minutes. We dated while he was active duty navy and through distance. He has helped me find confidence in myself and became my home, no matter how far away I’ve been from my hometown, I’ve always felt home wherever we’ve been sent together. He is the most beautiful person in the world to me. I’m so glad I went that day. I’m glad I didn’t stay home that morning and let my anxiety win out because I wouldn’t have found my person.
