Yes! First a Dear after discovering Dimash from Singer 2017 and as I continued to watch Singer 2018 I naturally became a fan of Hua Chenyu as well. Both are such gentle wise persons off stage but command the stage completely. Hua Hua is a fabolous composer, a true musical genius. Loved the work he did in The Next. Loved watching him as a mentor in the Coming One. Please continue with both Dimash and Hua Huas performances!
am also a big Hua Chenyu and Dimash fan. They are two artists who can put a lot of feeling into singing and expression. Unbelievable, I don't experience that much yet, how they can give me that feeling. I have also noticed in the last 2 years that there are very strong people among the singer. My mouth often falls open and I wonder where they all keep coming from, so many talent and great performers.

Child and Fake Monk for me are the songs that more relate to his growing up. He is an amazing singer, composer and performer. My dreams to attend a Dimash concert as well a Hua concert. And the back singer wow, I fall in love with her voice during the Singer 2018. Great reaction 💞💞

Hua Chenyu's performing art is beyond the definition of music. All his master pieces are condensed version of cinematic or theatrical musical where Hua is the screen writer, stage director and the character wrapped in one. Through the theme of each story telling, he took us on a roller coaster of emotional ride that we all deeply drawn into the story and the character before we even know it. At the end of each piece, one can hear a pin drop. This is the reason that most of his master pieces cannot be covered.

i was not a fan of anyone. but i am captured by Huahua's voice. it is awesome! And he is a pure singer who only contribute to his singing and normal life as us. he is just like a family member.
You might have also noticed that he also uses the shape of his mouth to help the vowels resonate around as well. I have been fascinated by watching how he shapes his mouth. His tongue placement is strange at times but when you can sing and hold notes as beautifully as he can, who cares where his tongue is.
@@MasterofVoice I wish. Unfortunately while I can hear tone perfectly outside of my head, I cannot hear the tone of my own voice properly. There is a medical term for this which I cannot recall at this moment but it has kept me from singing and has provided some entertaining moments at times when people thought I was mad because the tone of my voice was angry and I had no idea that they thought I was upset about something. Fortunately, I can hear tone and recognize musical keys perfectly when the sound is coming from outside my head. I have worked in the music industry as a professional DJ and have also partnered with dance music (club) remix artists arranging songs for club use. As such I have also been in the studio with many different artists so I am familiar with singers and have always been fascinated with how they differ from person to person with how they get their own unique sound. At first I was somewhat bothered by Hua Hua's tongue placement because it goes against everything singers learn to do. Watch Adam Lambert and you will see near perfect tongue placement (very relaxed and out on his lower lip a lot). Hua Hua tongue is curled up in his mouth and is tense yet he can hit and perfectly hold the same notes that Adam Lambert can. I find that fascinating and I do wonder if his tongue placement is part of his vowel resonance technique.
Have to chuckle. You guys talking about vowels, tongue placement, etc and at 4:00 I notice him shaking his sleeves back in place. I do that as well. Ah, the things we notice.

Just to confuse you *LOL*， you could also consider doing his Singer 2018 performances in chronological order, Hua was actually telling a story there...However, what you do is totally up to you! I'd vouch for almost all of his performances on Singer 2018 and the 2 seasons of The Next!
I like his songs that he made this year. I literally only knew his songs this year and I haven't heard the song child from him. It's good that I watched this. His voice is like an angel specially at the end.
Andy, I know you're going to continue his Singer 2018 performances, but I hope you do "Nanping Evening Bell", a duet he did with Juno Su. The song is a masterpiece in harmonies, and the last half of the song is all chills along the spine. I really hope you do it, too! Also "Dad, I'm Home", others have recommended it, too. And really looking forward to some Jason Zhang you said you would try eventually. "Myself" and "Silence" are mesmerizing. Thank you for doing these songs!
Before leaving Singer 2018, you should also see the performances of KZ Tandingan, especially her cover of "Rolling in The Deep", and also Tengri's "Heaven". Laure Shang, who you just saw with Dimash, was also a judge who championed Hua Chenyu in the Super Boy 2013 competition.
Hua is very deep thinking and it shows in his songs. He is very wise for his age. Did you react to THE FOOD SONG yet? It will give us a little laughter and smiles. You mentioned Jesse J. The one performance you should not miss Jesse do is PURPLE RAIN Jesse J. had one young man in the audience literally sobbing. I was entranced with how well she did it and how towards the end she sang facing the white guitar like a tribute to Prince. It was every bit as good as Prince's version. What shocked me even though it is my favorite HUA song, NUNCHUCKS beat out PURPLE RAIN. Hua won1st place that night and Jesse 2nd. Jesse J won first in Singer at the end and Hua 2nd. this time it was well earned. But had Jesse not competed, Hua would have one. I always consider second a first anyway because like in Dimash's case timing and situations were the determining factor toward the winner. She had first place before she even started competing. She is older than she looks and I read it was more or less a tribute to her. (Sandy Lam), I think. Not fair to Dimash, but the World considered him the winner.
Hua Chenyu said before(one of the show that He was the Mentor ), singer vocal actually is one of the music instrument. He have talented, he also be lucky that have many chance to learn from the professional.
