Curious, with no sound only video of the accident how did you come to the conclusion that the MPO was at fault ? NYS Law requires all drivers to move to the right for emergency vehicles, that car did not, also the Officer is in charge of all members on the rig including the MPO, if he was speeding then it was on the Officer to slow him/her down and on the Officer to assist in clearing intersections. There is never just one cause of an accident but a chain of events......
the apparatus was driving in the opposite lane when the collision occurred. The car did not yield by pulling to the right. Never assume drivers/pedestrians can see you. @@poppajoebeneckesr7573
