The intention is simple
TUI is more like a body fighting for its own, survival of the fittest which is exactly saiyan nature but it adapts a barbaric nature of a saiyan, if you are cool, calm and composed it exactly the opposite of saiyan hence Whis told Goku that he’s a different life form so he should a UI that suits nature but TUI being a technique that allows Goku before offensive light a saiyan but is that he does it instinctively, it gives him a greater attack speed because he still doesn’t have to think about his next attack he just attacks. This is shown in his attack pattern, he shoots a mouth blasts right after taking an attack from Gas, an attack that he always had in his arsenal but never used but he never thought of using it, it is just that his body required him to used at that moment, it also happened to be most unpredictable technique he could have used at that time.
UI sign is supposed to used by people who haven’t mustered UI like Beerus but the important detail is that uses a defensive aspect of the technique, a body protecting itself, not fighting for itself like in the case of TUI, that’s were the difference lie being offensive and defensive. It allows a body to auto dodge
Goku’s MUI was simply him copy Whis which is race is supposed to be calm and tranquil, in a battle they always defensive stance that is why they dodge, dodge dodge and land critical hit, they are creating openings while dodging, that’s why Jiren states in the manga you can’t win by exploiting openings, and this style of fighting also happens to go against Goku saiyan, barbaric nature
MUI when it is true mustered should be a combination of TUI and UI sign, at least for Goku, he should never assume a defensive stance nor offensive stance in a battle because the whole purpose is not abandon his nature but calm it down or achieve perfect control over his emotions, he does that by balancing calm and tranquility required for UI with his offensive nature, keeping both in check, but it should an instinctual process

Ultra instinct is basically like putting Goku’s body on auto pilot. True ultra instinct gives him all the benefits of ultra instinct, but he can have his own fighting style
True Ultra Instinct IS Ultra Instinct Omen/Sign. He is simply applying his emotions to his omen state. And you are correct that TUI is UI Sign but using goku’s emotions
Two things to note: 1) Ultra Instinct is the body moving without thought, and 2) Goku naturally fights with his emotions or a wild heart.
With Omen and MUI, Goku was trying to copy Whis and have a calm heart while in Ultra Instinct but that is no true to who he is. True Ultra Instinct lets Goku be in Ultra Instinct and still fight with his emotions, hence why he says his heart is not calm. I personally think that is why it is called True Ultra Instinct, because Goku is being true to who he is. As for why it looks like Omen that is because Goku is in the Omen stage, he is still learning to fight like this but once he masters it, he will regain the silver hair, as Merus and Whis say, Omen is merely the gateway to the silver haired form (Omen = incomplete, Silver Haired = complete).

They're the same but there's a difference
Ultra Instinct Omen is the angel way while True Ultra Instinct is the saiyan way or in other words, Ultra Instinct Omen is with no emotions while True Ultra Instinct is with emotions
TUI allows for goku to actually utilize his saiyan heritage, MUI requires a certain stilness, but was unmastered because he didn't truly learn who he was. Omen is essentially a scuffed version of MUI, while TUI isnt necessarily stronger than MUI. Let me explain... So TUI is omen, but with saiyan emotions allowed in the mix. Omen at this point would be redundant. MUI is something that goku isn't really used to. Its like a trump card(MUI.) Think of TUI as being SSB, but MUI as SSBKK. SSB reliable, but SSBKK unstable. If goku had time to train MUI after achieving TUI, MUI would be the first choice. Omen
why nobody understand that ui sign and tui is same, tui is just a name community gave to it, goku said that he knows whats the best form to make best use of ultra instinct; that means he's talking about a form he already has, and as we seen its same as ui sign, and he also stated that form drains his stamina very quick like he said many times in the ui sign against moro cuz it is unstable, and we have seen many times goku in ui sign reliying on emotions like anger, against jiren when first activating, against moro first activating and everytime is when is about to finish it, but now the only difference is that he allows his saiyan instinct emotions that comes natural to him and all this match perfectly with his ui, and the only form which can grant him the use of emotion is Ultra Instinct Sign
@@matteotubetm7943 You literally repeated what I just said. Way to go, but yes Omen and TUI are the same. The reason I made the distinction is because the manga makes the distinction aswell. TUI(gokus true self,) Omen is just regular UI mild emotion. Without bardocks scanner going off, would we even have TUI. TUI is just how we track the evolution of scaling/story. As I said before Omen, is a scuffed version of TUI seeing as TUI is the evolved version. Similar to USSJ/ASSJ or MSSJ/FPSSJ, one is the evolved version. Goku using TUI, says MUI would be just incase. They've done something similar to this in the black arc.

True ultra instinct is the ability to be in the form like its ur base kinda like ssj in cell saga, and you can combine it with other transformations like kaioken

The bad part is that you need rage to use ssj transformations. UI requires a clear mind with no rage or anything.

Ohhhhh that’s why super saiyan god is only stackable at the moment, while blue isn’t cuz it’s super saiyan god while in super saiyan, so 1-3 and blue can’t be used with TUI but god can atm something along the way
