The only problem with this house is in the future. I have noticed there is a vacant lot facing to the view. If that lot has a house built well goodbye view.
Forgive me, but why do the Filipinos glaze their properties with so much glass ? Doesn't this act as a greenhouse and heat up the inside, especially if it faces the south & west ?
