I don't mean to sound rude but this is a poorly designed house. First of all, your entrance into the house consists of climbing a lot of stairs by a very unattractive part of the property. With 4 storeys, this home will be very difficult to climb everyday. You will get pretty tired of climbing 4 storeys all the time. The novelty of living in a house with 4 storeys will wear off pretty fast...especially as you get older. And there is no wheelchair access into the house. I would also be concerned about the amount of run-off water from that hill behind you during a torrential downpour of rain or even a mudslide. Is there a retaining wall behind the home? It's simply not a practical home for most people.
Hi Joe. Thanks for watching this house tour. But if you could see in the video, there is a retaining wall at the back of the property which makes it safe from the mudslide you are talking about. This house is already there when a Category 5 Typhoon hit us and yes, no stones or anything from the mountain fell on the back portion of the house. For elderly people, we have a room in good size with own toilet and bath at the ground floor so they won't get tired going up and down the stairs. The stairs aren't difficult to climb after all and it's a good exercise for people too. Thanks!
@@johnfabular5230 I could buy this same size house in Thailand or Malaysia for a third of the price offered here. Homes in the Philippines are ridiculously priced considering the cost of labor involved.
You're so magaling Christine. Ang galing2 mong mag explain & you're very cheerful. I'm a fan.

@@josephdelpuerto7150 if you would only know the value of the land in this area, you could say this is worth the price
My opinion 18 is cheap with a brand new big house..
