ive had cold feet and hands since i waS A CHILD . is thEre such a thing as NATURAL small veins in that area? IVE HAD RECENT BUNION SURGERY THAT SEEMS TO BE HEALING QUITE WELL ..EVEN THOUGH MY FOOT PULSE IS NOT VERY STRONG ACCORDING TO MY DPM.

Heat does not really help circulation long term. If feet are cold it can help.
