I quit drinking in January of last year, so one full year sober! It has been the best choice and definitely improved my mood overall. Such a good idea to track moods in a journal, too. This is a great video to encourage people.
Love it ! Cheers ! One thing I didn’t make too clear in the video but when you pick up the drink in February make sure to take note of how many times a week you are doing the healthy habits you wish to continue to do… for me personally when I picked up the drink again my activities went down by about 40/50% going from about 3-4 solid cardio workouts to about 1-2 a week. Which I thought was huge. But others might be able to pick up the drink and not have their habits affected much. So everyone is different and that’s ok
After moving to Sweden from the UK 3 years ago the alcohol crept back in. Since September my husband and I have been using the 'try dry' app. Had a dry NYE and am participating in dry January.... Although my birthday is on the 5th and I think that might be a skip day. But at the same time I will be much more aware of the drinking.
Yeah you hit the nail on the head it’s all about gaining awareness over the substance. That’s why I (personally) think journaling or writing moods, thoughts, etc down is good because it lets you vent and then reflect after the fact. Good luck and happy almost birthday !
Hi there, it’s a bellroy cover… pricey for what it is. Really well made though, and I’ve had it for two years. I can see lasting many more. Before it I had made a duck tape cover. It’s mainly to protect the field notes from sweat while I ride. Cheers !

Congratulations Sarah, keep it up. Thanks for sharing!
Just what I needed to hear; thank you
I’m happy to see another person supports this non-alcohol trend this year.
You inspired me to do january and february let's do this! Happy new year!
