Hi Jackson,
I have been following your RPG tutorial playlist. My game was supposed to be a survival horror/RPG and your videos have helped me out a lot. Thank you for your dedication, you're a great teacher! Looks great!!
Thanks again,
Dylan J.
You are one of the best tutors of UE4 on youtube. I cannot believe you have such little support in terms of likes, subs and views. You have 1 more of all now :D
To clarify: You have a clear mic. No heavy accents, You don't leave important info out, yet you do not linger on the absolute basics. Your series are great for someone who has learned the absolute basics and is now ready to start messing around with all the functions and learn how to make blueprints do specific things and how to use that knowledge in their own projects. Keep up the great work :)
I want to thank you for all the time you take these videos and explain so clearly, my native language is Spanish, but I understand perfectly what they explain by how simple and clear you say it. I was able to do the whole RPG tutorial, and change some things in my way easily for what I could learn. Now I am following this tutorial to add adjustments and put together a game with what I always wanted. I contribute only one dollar, but in my country is 16 times more its value, take it like this: P haha. I hope you can show them before the end of the year as the game turns out. Greetings and thank you.
Love your tutorials man. Can't wait for the next one..
4000th subscriber! Lol. Exceptional work my friend, I am extremely interested to see where you go with your inventory system. You can always tell a C++ programmer by the number of functions they use VS simply writing in event graph. I like your clean style.
Good tutorials.
Since this is a survival game suggest ... Please make a good inventory as in the game "The Long Dark". With the same functions, for example: to tear clothes to build a fire, to break a chair for a piece of wood which will also be needed for fire. So that clothing influences the temperature. So that an ordinary can of beans can be heated in the oven. I think it will be interesting! In any case, thanks for the lessons!
I'm assuming he plans on clothing influencing body temperature as he added it into the weather temp system earlier preparing for it.
Thanks
