I love how low def collete has the gray hev suit, since gina's body can be found in low def in the color red in opposing force
You forgot to mention that Hazard Team also developed Half-Life: Induction
It's solo cause Gina died sometime between Decay and Opposing Force
This mod looks SO cool, I will definitely be playing this if/when it comes out! Colette might be my favorite playable character, and I am very happy to see her be used more.

Gina Cross is pretty much officially dead, you can find her dead body in Xen in Opposing Force. Probably why this mod just focuses on Dr. Green.

Did you know that Half-Life: Recovery developers are in interaction with Half-Life: Emission (another Decay sequel) developers?
There is a remake of Half-life blue shift from last year, chapter 4 Captive freight well be realised soon.

I know it's nothing much about the mod, which looks promising by the way, but I kinda think mods that want to show new stuff could show new weapons to use (not much, just one or two more is enough), like the Flamethrower on this mod (sure, it's used on Team Fortress Classic n' such, but that still counts as new). I would love if the player could collect the screwdrivers and use them as throwable, or an automatic shotgun, a circular saw that takes as long as the wrench to attack but it does devastating damage, a sawn-off shotgun; hells, even a fire axe instead of a crowbar.
man it might be the limitations of brushes but its trurly not possible for Half Life 1 to look cluttered it just looks detailed

dont get your hopes up. A lot of half life mods with much more content are now six feet under, never seen the light of day, never released.
A mod does not exist until it is released. Promises mean nothing. period.
