That orange, black, and white basket is stunning.
Yes, that Hen on Nest Dish is "Marigold Carnival" glass and it was definitely made by INDIANA GLASS COMPANY of Dunkirk, Indiana. That style of hen dish made by Indiana is found in about 20 to 25 different colors. The Indiana hen has a characteristic shape, no other glass company made that exact shape/style. It measures seven inches long, and the tail is "flat" and points straight back, not split or divided.
Some colors are pretty common and don't sell for a lot BUT there are a number of hard-to-find colors that are selling for quite a bit. Clear, Amber and white milk glass are probably the most common colors seen in Indiana hens, scarcer ones include cranberry, yellow, true teal green, red flashed, frosted matte green, light green, and several others. Nice find!
My mom left my sisters and I her carnival/depression glass and had about 5 of those chicken on nest dishes...we fought over who WOULDN'T get them. Every time we go to an antique store we come across at least one. They will be forever known to us as "those Fricken Chicken dishes". They haunt us
I was in a antique mall Saturday and a lady was buying everyone she found. The last time I noticed she had three in her cart. 😂

Places like Ebay have a serious employee problem. Most of them have no idea what they are talking about when you contact them.
And just to make it worse, Ebay sources out its customer service response to a third world country who knows even less about Ebay policy or what to do next.
But YOU the merchant are the one held responsible even if you did nothing wrong.

I jut saw an Emerson Creek Pottery piece! I have loved them for 30 plus years! they are amazing quality and simple yet are respectful of the design of the plant they are porting! I have had a lamp, flower pots, large and tiny, et! I treasure them all!

Always always always check out artwork at Goodwill, salvation army, flea markets... Etc. I scored an A. Kirkham original black and white seascape painting in a beautiful black and silver frame. Had no idea of it's worth, I just liked it... Grabbed it on a purple tag 40% off day, purple tagged for $12.99.

I’ve come to realise why Australian Op Shops are so bad compared to your amazing stores. It’s because we only have 23 Million people in Australia compared to your 300-400 Million! Next time I go to the US I’m going to the Goodwill!
Be forewarned: most goodwills are not as good as the ones in her area. I live in dallas tx and most of ours are just filled with junk -- garage sale rejects. Once in a blue moon you can find something special here.

Have you been to her online shops? There are very pricey items for sale.
This complaint would make sense to some resellers who sell a few dozen items each year. Not so much to someone who sells dozens of items a day, many of which are sold on her own Internet platform and that will likely be stock in her own antique mall.
So the answer to, "Who buys stuff...?" is: A VERY successful reseller.

In this economy with everybody squeezed for spare cash it's the small-ticket items that keep food on the table. The lower priced items fly out the door while the costly "fine" things languish unsold.
