Obi Vincent I like the volume side of the work out you out in your video more so about the biceps and tricep. My weak side of my work out is rigth there. Most of the time time I do 3 sets of 15 resps and stop there. You have been talking about 4to 5 sets with short rest. I will gibe it a try. Your training for chest was great. I warm up with 40 push ups and after the work out, my chest was punishing me for following your advice😃 . I still feel the effect even two days after the work out.

Although I'm not training like you do (I do more crossfit type training), I really love your videos and your personality. I love that you also show us your progress of becoming a crossfitter, not only the things you are already amazing/ the best at! Funny enough you help me on my weightlossjourney and inspire me to keep going !

Hey, Obi here's an idea which would be really helpful. Along with each video you post you should include a brief info-graphic a person could download on their tablet, laptop or phone that goes very briefly over every exercise and basically acts as a reference point/synopsis of your workout videos for your fans to follow in the gym.

found you by mistake ..but your videos and instructions are clear and clean. Super beneficial but it'll be great to have texted /written words flash on the screen as you say them. so we can follow or write down. Information can be a lot and intense for the slow starters - then lost. so thats my feedback. but EXCELLENT stuff...keep up good work.

I tried and left the gym exhausted. I did not feel my triceps after the cable kick back. Like one person mentioned, can you put the sets like a list to follow? Thanks.
One more question. I am 6.7 ft about 330lbs. I have hard time to the back pull up. Do you have any advice on how I can build strength to lift myself and do that back pull up like I see other folks do? Thank you Obi
