"significantly less" is going to be 15%. or less. stat for stat. sure it adds up, 100k dmg u lose 15k dmg but at that point i doubt u can't clear the game either. 180ER ~ 200 is 45~ 50% burst dmg. It would be higher than 2+2 assuming your CV and HP are the same. 25~30% higher burst dmg in exchange for 15% on E? It would be worth it.... on a non c6. Do the math...
@@keikeikeis I tested both sets I have both HoD/Nobless and EoSF and the damage is significantly less, aroud 4-5k if I remember it correctly. You are under utilzing the 4pcs set with less than 150 ER so better use the HoD/NO. Also 15% hydro damage is what you are losing and hydro damage is computed differently than burst damage.

@@WistfulMist11105 yes, that’s already a pretty amazing stats if you want my opinion, your burst is most likely gonna do more damage because of your high hp + 200+% crit damage + mid-high range ER%, and since you’re utilizing your emblem passive, not only you get that added bonus that you can get your Yelan’s burst pretty decently fast, you also get more damage cause of the emblem passive converting your ER% for more burst damage, so more Burst usage + damage increase = more damage

it's a dps built yelan, hp sands and cr/cd circlet is recommended if you're using her as a dps. max hp is in her ascension so you don't have to pressure yourself.

I love how literally everyone in the comments is talking about the lacking ER.. Like my guys, do you not know what a "team" is? Use a Hydro Battery like Xingqiu, stack him with all the ER you can, with sacrificial sword R5 (or favonius if not R5), and an Anemo like Kazuha or Sucrose for the swirl, then ER doesn't matter Or Raiden if you have her. I just use my Xingqiu with 250% ER, Kazuha for the swirl/Raiden when I feel like using her, and my Yelan has 86 over 279 crit, but still just 100% ER and she never has to worry about her burst uptime. Depending on your team builds most character's flaws with artifacts can be negated. That's one aspect about Genshin that I truly love. There are many ways you can build characters. With enough creativity you can excel with almost any team. Granted still there are some that are much better than others, but any can work if you just try and experiment enough.
Ive seen better yelan in my friend list lmao.... mine is c0, 80%crit rate, 257 crit damage, 46k HP She has a totm+hod, and a perfect team skill rotation recharges her ult before the cooldown even ends
my take on a perfect c0 yelan: 60/120 cr:cd 180-200 ER 35k+ and above HP weapon: favonius warbow (not only matches her colors but also solves 70-80% of your ER needs) Emblem set the higher you go in constellations the less you'll put into ER, HP and convert them to CR:CD
Nah, cr/dmg Is always better than Hp even at c0. ER is the most valuable stat until you manage to burst on CD. So It always depends on team composition and personal playstyle. My yelan C1 R1 acqua has: 32k hp, 75% cr, 260% cdmg, 220% ER. 4p emblem Er/hydro/cdmg. Q shots do 12k up to 15k. E does 36k, 84k vape. When swirled with kazuha my Q shots do 16k to 18k. E does 52k, 120k vape.
A good example of how people overvalue CV, of course crit in general is good, but it is also necessary to have a good balance. I could simply put my best emblem crit artifacts on my yelan and yes, she will deal good dmg but her burst is gonna take tons to be ready. I prefer my current yelan with favonious and her burst ready whenever I need it.
My Yelan is built for Elemental Burst Hyperbloom with Shogun and Nahida. Nahida's skill + Shogun skill + Yelan burst. Maximizing Yelan's burst with Shogun's skill up or using Shogun's Burst while Yelan's is active refills both of their energy to max. I have her at C1 with the Sacrificial Bow so when her Burst is over, I fill the time with a triple skill and setting up the Hyperbloom combo again. She has half Depth, half Millelith, all double HP (51k HP) and is triple crowned.

Ive literally never gotten more than 2 increases to a crit stat on any piece even though I've been playing and regularly farming and building since the game came out, I legitimately believed there was some part of the code that prevented it 😅
