- Hi Guys, I finally got my hands on the Revlon brush dryer and the Dyson comb attachment and I must say they both worked pretty well HOWEVER...there is a winner.

I actually have the brush and I love it. The best way to use is, while brushing its better to go slow then super fast. I do max 3 or 4 passes & hair get dry even my roots.
Paris Tyler yes! You also have to hold the brush vertical bc of where the holes are so the roots can get straight. Theres for sure a learning curve
I have the Revlon blow dryer brush, and I love it! It gets my hair pretty straight for a blow dryer. It does get hot, but just watch where you put your hands so you won’t burn yourself. I use the brush before each protective style, and I have not received any heat damage from it.
However, that Dyson blow dryer😍 if I had the coins, then I’d be getting that one for sure!

I purchased the dyson comb attachment a while back and I've used it multiple times. It's bomb. Every time I think it won't get through a client's hair, it does!!! Since I have the professional version of the dyson, it dries the hair even quicker!
If and when I have extra coins or a gift card I would definitely get the Dyson. I see the benefits but the way my bank account and these financial goals is set up 😂😂 loved this video Kim!

I use the Revlon brush and love it just because it is such a great hairdryer for the price. It hasn't damaged the hair of anyone I know and both me and my sister use it. I do however agree that the handle gets hot at the top but with a little more practice with the brush it becomes easier to hold the brush without touching that spot.
Would you recommend it for a flat iron?

Yeah that Dyson one is better because of the airflow. With that brush it's like the heat just come straight out. And with the Dyson you're able to I guess control the heat in a downward motion. So it'll push the cuticles down. To make it more smoother if it makes any sense

I love the revlon dryer brush. I've used it a few times and I've never gotten heat damage. The dyson is nice, but I don't blow dry my hair enough to invest that much into it.

This was definitely a real testimony! I purchased the Revlon brush and been using it but couldnt stand the burn smell. It did straighten the heck out of my hair, but I think I need to close my eyes and get the dyson because im tenderheaded and getting to the roots is so damn helpful!

I felt heat damage coming with that Revlon dryer too. I feel like it got extremely hot for no good reason.
I have been using the REVLON brush and it amazing. I have 4b, 4c hair and I have zero damage.

I have the revlon brush dryer and have used it twice. I don't really like it. I prefer my Conair 3 in 1 hair dryer but my favorite attachment broke 🙃! It is not heat damaging, I’ve had one for over 2 years and I love it, if you’re natural then you won’t be using it everyday
@Lynnie1730, same here. I've had mine for a while as well. No heat damage as well. I only blow dry my hair two times a year and that's to trim my ends.
Lynnie1730 I disliked it. I did a first impression on it. I used the low setting and my hair still feels weird after using it. It’s not for every type of hair that’s for sure. I’ll stick to using the Revair for my drying until I purchase the dyson.

Ok your video has convinced me to spend that guap on the Dyson. I’ve had the Dyson blow dryer sitting in my shopping basket trying to justify the huge ass purchase. I hate wasting money on cheap stuff that will break and I have to buy again, so I prefer to invest in something that’ll last. I have the Revlon and what I HATE about it is you cannot get the buildup out. I used it on my son’s hair, who has a lot of dandruff, and the gunk from oils and lingering flakes grossed me out so much, I can’t bare to use it on my own hair. Thanks for the video. Great job!

I agree. It takes too long to get the roots dry/stretched with that brush blow dryer. Plus, my hair doesn’t like paddle brushes. They rip my hair out, even when I detangling before vs using a comb. I have thick 4C hair and I’m looking for a new dryer because I feel like the revlon one is minimizing length retention for me. I need a dryer that is easy to hold like the dyson but doesn’t cost half my paycheck... 🙃

With the Revlon joint I usually do the tension method to dry my hair and then go ham with the brush because that puffy root thing was happening to me too

I have the Revlon Brush and I love it your hair looks great!
I enjoy the revlon blow dryer for the sake of speedy texture blowout. To flat iron my hair it’s not the best because it does smooth the cuticle of the hair enough and does not hit those roots well.
The dyson look okay, but I can’t justify a $400 blow dryer. Especially when I only blow dry a few times a year.
