I think and felt that Nicole (38 years old) chose Matt Terry (23 years old) over Christian Burrows because of personal interests and nothing more. That should not be intended to any companies.

In my opinion... Matt's voice doesn't seem to have anything special, while Louis' voice is actually very unique. He has a High pitched, soft and raspy voice. His voice is completely different than his band mates, yet he gets the least number of solos. Maybe, that's why he isn't appreciated enough, but his voice actually brings changes that makes their songs a whole lot better. Imagine listening to a boy band song with only gruff and low baritones. His voice is an emotionally effective tenor that brings variety to their song. Plus, he can actually hit high notes. He already did that.
He belts out the entire chorus in no control.
