I just wish they would make variants with small form factor DVD drives, I own many classic PC games like Metal Gear Solid, Rayman and Tomb Raider on PC CD/DVD, but have no way to play them on a discless device. Or even a means to attach one that doesn't make it look out of place. I adore the mini PC and small size form factor, it feels like an old console where they were small and wide instead of the big random shaped consoles we have these days.
I rarely use any CD or DVDs now. But I do have an external drive for burning CD/DVD. It adds extra cost to products and where its not a thing everyone would use it doesn't make businesses sense on a mini PC this cheap. Something like amzn.to/48Vn5ev is actually not bad idea though, you could put it underneath the mini PC as they are roughly the same size.
So few people use DVD now that it just wouldn't be worth the effort for the manufacturer to design in that capacity. If you're handy you might be able to make a stand to make the mini pc and external drive combo look a bit like an old-fashioned component hi-fi system or something, but it's not really practical to expect legacy tech like DVD drives to be supported at the absolute bottom on the PC price pyramid.

USB SLIM DVD DRIVE or backup to iso on drive.
