    You got me confused bcos you said the ingredients were fresh garlic, fried onion, ginger then garlic oil. Can you put in proper order please? I enjoy your videos and thimk you are a great cook. Thankyou.

    Add water until we get a "heavier traction"? Isn't it lighter?? Confused!
    Nonetheless a superb recipe after own adjustments 😋

      Due to stirring, u will actually feel tractions from the meat after awhile, bcos the gelatinous is building up

    Very confusing following you. At 1:15sec you introduced the ingredients of chopped garlic and also fried garlic. Then at 1:40sec when you actually started adding in the ingredients you mentioned as chopped garlic and fried onion to the meat. So which is the correct ingredients to use???
