I’m Mexican and I agree they should close the border to stop people entering illegally to the US, also we should stop all the Americans that are coming to Mexico as tourists and stay here for years as digital nomads living a dream life without paying taxes, if they want to live here they should apply for residence. That’s has some negative effects for Mexican people who are now struggling to pay their bills because everything has become more expensive because of all these tourists installing in Mexico. We stay in our country, you stay in yours. Oh by the way, I lived in Canada for years, now I’m in Mexico and I feel safer here.

When I was stationed in San Diego with the military in 2002, we would go down to party in Tijuana and Rosarito every weekend. Man those were crazy times and seen a lot of crazy stuff. I’m guessing they’re not letting them go there these days?

it stretches in the ocean for 50 metres and there is a very famous us beach at their border so you will find about 10 to 15 us citizens always there , plus the tides there are very dangeous to swim

Tijuana is fine, went in 1994 and no problem at all. Ciudad Juarez is the bad town and I would not go there. Lower part of El Paso is pretty much Mexico is all but name.
