This sport is not the most violent sport.... I mean it depends on how you define violence but boxers, football players, rugby players and hockey players are all subject to more damage.
Anon Ymous This is easily the most violent sport , I did rugby for 6 years then transitioned into kickboxing then mma. Had fights in both sports. I know for a fact that kickboxing and mma takes ALOT more preparation and heart to do. If you’ve never fought in a combat sport then you are not able to say it’s not the most violent sport. At the end of the day you’re trying to win, by hurting your opponent. In other sports you’re not trying to hurt them , you’re trying to score points.

Than i find out about mma in july 2015 when conor fought chad in ufc 189. I am a hardcore fan since than. It been 5 years my depression has been completely cured and i have become a state amateur boxing champion.
ONLY beacuse of mma.
