thanks for making this video. saw these online at a good price and seems like a good fit for motorcycle camping. almost all normal tents are 24" long when packed down. the size of this compared to a small 1 person is not an issue for a motorcycle.
The specificities of each Wolfskin dome tent model are not always obvious when one starts comparing these. One of the main benefits of that one (Yellowstone) is the extreme ventilation possibilities as it is the only one (compared to Eclipse, Skyrocket etc) where all four sides of the inner tent can be unziped/opened whilst keeping the anti-insect mesh in place. Great for the summer or in a moist atmosphere. Other strengths to be highlighted indeed: the 10,000mm water resistance of the flooring (not many tents out there have that level of insulation), the 150cm width on the 2 (II) persons model (many 2-person tents have only 120-130 cm which is not enough to accommodate 2 larger/comfy (70cm) sleeping pads side by side), and the 2 entrance principle with the large vestibules to store gear or to host the dog. In my opinion, it's a fairly versatile and well thought through tent even if inevitably, the package is a bit heavier than a model with untrathin, super high tech fabric (usually much more expensive also).
I have got one 25 years old. I was wondering what the third pole was for. Thanks

Hello there is a possibility to take a mountain bike with in front of tent thank you for the help.
What are the small cords/attachments on the inside of flysheet of the JackW Yellowstone tents?
They are the togs for tying up the doors

Nice 2 Person Tent but 9 lbs to heavy for a Touring Bicycle
It is a 'heavy' tent and I think it is really suitable for static camping. I have used it for wild camping on Dartmoor but, the tent was in my car!
As you finish your thoughts, your voice gets quite soft and difficult to hear.
Sorry about that, if there is any detail that you missed, please ask us and we will do our best to answer.

No this video has not been helpful to me because I already got a tent.
Never mind.
