I just want to know are they building another high-rise building across the street. The one that is under construction. Very Nice Condo Love Panorama Towers. I used to stay at the Rio back in the day. We would drive to In & Out and pass by the towers all the time. I thought they must have nice views of the Strip especially at night.
Hello 👋 there is no condo community being built but there is an appointment complex that is almost done. The only two high rise property’s being built right now is in down town vegas and in Henderson.
@@TheBrokerLifecan you hear the cars from that height when sitting in your condo with no tv on? What height do you need to go to to basically alleviate almost all car noise?
@@jimmymcgill5572 yes you hear them at that level and any level that faces the freeway. You need to be on the back side of the tower to avoid road noise 👍
It’s going to be cheaper monthly to rent in America from here on out unless rates go down. But you will also never actually end up owning anything and be indebted to someone else your whole life. Also Zillow doesn’t do well with high rises. Rent for this kind of unit should be around $4,500.
Apartment looks amazing. Shame about some of the views though as there is nothing nice about looking out of the window and seeing a car park on the right, highway in the middle and another carpark (I think) on the left. The distanced building is stunning though.
