How to DETHATCH an UGLY LAWN - CHEAP

- Dethatching your lawn is great but it can be expensive & a lot of work. Here is a solution that is CHEAP, FAST & EASY. I review this Greenworks dethatcher & put it to the test. Spring dethatching is a great way to help renovate your tired, ugly lawn & using a machine can make the job so much easier than raking by hand. This is a great option.

Silver Cymbal when should this dethatching be done? Only in early spring? Thanks!
@@bcthegr8 You can do it any time but I would avoid very hot months. Idealy though most people will do it in the Spring into early summer to get the lawn off to a great start.
Bought the machine after seeing this. Thanks for this review. My personal view:
- some parts are still super cheap mine came with an already defective plastic piece used for holding the upper bar in. The screw head to that also came apart during the install without even tightening it. Good thing greenworks customer service was willing to send a replacement piece post showing proof of purchase. I am not a tools kinda girl and the simple it is to put it together all around becomes great. This was super easy to put together only thing was tightening that lower section with a screw driver as mentioned in the video is a tight spot.
- I have a 15,000sq ft lawn and the cord was definitely a pain in the butt running over 170ft lengthwise had to keep moving it stop readjust and keep moving. I wouldn’t like this on big lawns just my personal preference. Once i figured the routine of moving the cord it went much better
- I had cut my grass the day before 2-3 inch and it took me about 2 hrs for one round at medium height. I can tell i still had thatch left but didn’t have enough time to do round two post picking up the dead grass
- For a much smaller areas thumbs up great for large areas not so much the tool for me just because i mind messing around with the cord past 100ft. If have some larger debris on the grass it did get caught up and had to stop to remove it each time it was stuck but overall still removed quite a bit of dead grass. Will do it again in the fall since this rain won’t stop
They actually don't have it for sale any more and it is no longer 128.00. It is now 215.00
i just bought it for the 128 a week ago or so off Amazon. The price goes up and down so if u check again later it will drop back to the 128
This is EXACTLY the way all reviews should be done. Informative, logical and straight to the point. You nailed it!!!
Is it a review or an ad?
I bought this two weeks ago. Review is spot on. Easy assembly...and the dethatching was effortless. I was really pleased!
Great to hear that. I used this the day after the video for almost 2 hours straight in other areas, never missed a beat.

I purchased one of these 2 years ago after finding out a rental was going to cost 200-300 - purchased one for around 150 and now I have it whenever I need it - great purchase
Where did you buy it?
I have the same dethatcher. I went over my yard two times and the thatch was gone. I overseeded after dethatching and in the matter of weeks, my grass was thick and tall. I'm glad I got this instead of renting a machine
I gotta try that AFTER I get my weeds under control. 🌻😖🌾
ShermX69X any easy way of weeding a yard without chemicals ?
@@proz71ful19 Sorry no. I have Bermuda grass and I bag all the grass, cut at 1 inch every week or so. Last year I used weed and feed once in April and had good results but I didn't stay vigilant so the battle begans anew. Im going to buy the Weed Zinger today to make sure I get the bigger weeds by the roots better. My neighbor says he uses a vinegar/baking soda mixture and his yard looks ok.
@@ShermX69X actually you will get rid of a lot of the weeds when you dethatch. I had a lot of clovers in my lawn before dethatching and very few after. A few weeks after I did my first cut, the clovers started coming back. I sprayed them with some weed killer and put some pre emergent down in the fall.
@@proz71ful19 Please allow me to chime in. Look into corn gluten from Jonathan Greene lawns. It's amazing stuff how that corn gluten works on your weeds. It may take you a few seasons to get the desired outcome but the stuff works. I only use JG products because I got so overwhelmed with the flood of information that comes back when you search for "best lawn anything." I don't know about the others corn gluten products, but I'm sure it all works the same. I found out about the corn gluten when I saw my neighbor's lawn after he did it. He put my yard to shame.
I bought one, and now all my neighbors want to borrow it 😆 I rent it out for a couple of beers, and now we all have nice lawns.
After watching this video last month, I purchased one of these Greenworks machine. I couldn't believe how good this thing works. Less than $150 you just can't go wrong. I used it again today. Loved it.
Great to hear! It is a fantastic buy
Where did you buy it from for $150? The link provided they are are over $300.00

Bought one of these last year. True everything you said. Honestly SC, your lawn NEVER looks like it needs help!
Thank you, that is really nice of you to say!
All the Greenworks products i have tried are amazing and very competitively priced. I just got their 60v self propelled mower for $399 (usually $499) and love it! Thanks for the review Silver.
We’ve had the Greenworks for 2 years & love it. I do the dethatching & my husband follows alongside me with the mower bagging the debris. Very easy.
That is awesome! Great idea! Glad it hear you are having a great experience with it.
I've had it for one year and i don't like it
@@RPDBY why?
Bought this brand a few years ago to de-thatch my neglected zoysia lawn. Zoysia REALLY REALLY NEEDS DE-THATCHING ON A REGULAR BASIS!! Alas, the machine hummed when i plugged it in an put in on!! I received a big LEMON! Last year, I took a chance and bought a Sun-Joe brand machine which looks exactly the same, maybe different color.
It was a little over $100, a similar price to the one the Author of this video used. It worked LIKE A CHARM!!!
Even if i only get a few uses out of the machine before it burns out, it will save me a TREMENDOUS amount of $$ and it does the same job as a professional or expensive machine!!
It is a quick chore you can do once or twice a year and you WILL save money$
I ordered one of these and I can confirm everything that was said in this video. I too was skeptical when I ordered it, but I figured for the price... if it sucks, I'm not out much. I was immediately surprised. The first pass I did, my wife stood by saying "OH MY GOD!" We hadn't ever dethatched the lawn at our current location, so it was way overdue. I ran across the lawn in one direction, then cleaned up the thatch and hit it again in the opposite direction so that my passes crisscrossed my original passes. To pick up that thatch, though, we had a raking party with my wife, the kids and even a couple of grandkids, who played in the thatch as much as they raked it. I tried the mower option, but there was just so much thatch that I could only make one or two passes with the mower before the bag was full. I would recommend this dethatcher, but only if you're willing to shell out the money for a heavy duty extension cord (it really is necessary). Great product for a low price. Nice to see others are discovering this gem, too. 🙃
I bought this after watching the video. Works awesome. Used my lawnmower to bag the thatch. Saved tons of time and effort!
Great to hear!
"I didn't wanna deal with an Ikea project" I felt this! Lol
I was going to rent a thatcher that cost $85 a day plus a gas can $18. Then I saw Greenworks' thatcher. All of a sudden, renting one, picking it up and returning it just seemed a waist of time. My Greenworks was delivered in two days and worked great!!!! Very happy

Right there with you broskie
I bought one last fall. Just used it april 2021. I got fir the front yard which is smaller then my 3/4 acre backyard. I decide to use it in backyard. Took me a while but it did good and held up. I hooked my lawn sweeper up to riding mower and got thatch picked up good.
For the price its was a great buy. The motor sounds like a vacuum cleaner running.
I don't even have a lawn, not even a whole apartment for myself, still, I'm watching this of course
I appreciate that. Glad it was interesting

Maybe you can dethatch your carpet.
Dream on my brother. Speak it into existence.
Ah I should've found this clip earlier... Just dethatched my front yard lawn with this dethatcher and "a couple of" rakes... Almost dead from these... Yesterday I decided to gave myself a breath on my back yard lawn and switched to my mower to finish with the debris - worked!! Just as is in this clip! Gosh!
Bought one several weeks ago and Dethatched the yard immediately. I fertilized right after, the lawn is looking great. The water is actually getting down to the soil and doing it’s job now. The machine is everything you say. I was really impressed.
Always knew about thatch but it was never a problem....till of late. Noticed how spongy my front lawn was. Got the old back breaker thatch rake out and three pulls. yielded two handfuls of thatch. Headed to Amazon after this post to order this thing. Love the channel. Thanks for all the HONEST advice.
I have had the Greenworks dethacther for several years, and agree that it performs extremely well removing lawn debris
Chris D how often do you use yours?
@@nickkuetemann4685 probably 2 -3x per year. Lawn debris clouds your color and may be a fungus vehicle
"Amazing content! The way you explain the soil preparation at 2:35 is so detailed and helpful."
I am new to your channel, been binging watching several of your videos today. I am in a new house for the first time and having to remind myself of all the yard care things my Dad taught me. Your channel is an absolute goldmine, so thank you very much.
That is really nice of you to say, so glad they are helpful!
@@SilverCymbal Absolutely! You have a wonderful way of presenting the information in good bits of protein without it being a research video. Any information for a hotter climate like Texas is also huge and your video on lawn restoration had some great steps to follow. Thanks again!
Used mine this week , its a fantastic machine, couldnt b easier no effort at all. good quality for the money, its a aging wat it gets out of the lawn, best 120.00 I've ever spent!!!!
I just finished de-thatching my lawn (~4000 sq ft) with the Groundskeeper 2 rake. It is a great tool, but yeah.. too much work to be doing that every year. I'll likely be purchasing the Greenworks de-thatcher and use it in early September before I seed.
Also wanted to say this is one of the only lawn care channels where I'm not looking at the narrator's face for most of (or, in some cases, the entirety of) the videos. Much appreciated.
I really appreciate that. Your rake is still soooooo helpful. I actually used it last night to smooth out my beds to get them ready for mulch and for spot dethatching it can never be eat but yes this little machine is a miracle for what it does and the price. I really appreciate the nice words too, thank you for being a part of my channel.
I just put in 5 outdoor outlets yesterday all around my house. And now this popped up on my feed. I NEED it.
I legit just bought this and used it last weekend. Worked amazing
Great to hear!
Thanks chief!
I really appreciate that, thank you
I have Greenworks electric lawnmower, weedeater, and blower. I love all my Greenworks products as a single mother its perfect.
Glad to hear it, this was a nice surprise and I love this thing, I used it over and over after the video. Works amazingly well
@Hector Aldozar because I cannot change oil and spark plugs on a regular lawnmower jerk!!! Just was trying to help other women that don't have a man to do those things.
@Hector Aldozar You really sound stupid and bored with your life that you are still commenting on this. Obviously I cut my own grass....that was the whole point of my first post. Single mother =equals no man in house= electronic lawn equipment is great!!!!
@Hector Aldozar I hope you go back and reread the comments you said to me last night. I am shocked and disgusted with your attitude towards woman. I don't need a man and could keep one if I'd like. I'm focused on raising my children and my career at this point in my life.
All I said was electric equipment was easier for me and I enjoyed using it. For some reason you just took off slandering me as a single mother, useless woman because I never changed oil and spark plugs on a lawnmower.
You are in no way my superior!!! I wasn't even going to respond to your hateful comments because these are under a RUclipsrs video that doesn't deserve to have such ignorance and hate on his page.
I will pray for you and hope some of the hate can be taken from your mind.
God bless you.
I love my greenworks mower 4 yrs now and recently purchased the greenworks power snow shovel! Waiting for a big snow day so I can try that out! Now to work on getting the de-thatcher!
I’ve had a Greenworks mower for almost 5 years, zero issues zero maintenance, great company.

I just pulled the trigger today and bought a used greenworks corded dethatcher. Hopefully this will help my little lawn look better and with some overseeding hopefully I can bring my grass back to life!
I didn't know there was a machine for this. My dad always made me slave raking this crap up. I wish I had known about this ten years back. 👍
I've been using this dethacher for a few years, nothing but good to say. And the thatch makes great cover for grass seeded spots, nothing better, and for ground cover in the garden. I use all the thatch..
Well this is all new to me.... I've never known that you had to do this with your lawn. I have always wanted a lawn... Didn't know so much work went into it
i have a lawn. it was free with the 30 year loan on my house !
You don’t.
My lawn is excellent. I’m not trying to brag, but neighbors have commented.
The keys are to mow sufficiently high; only weeds will grow if you cut it very short.
Fertilize regularly. Personally I go with Milorganite, works steady and no burn risk compared to synthetic fertilizers. Makes the soil rich in nutrients and helps break down clippings.
Finally - water. You can’t have a great lawn in the summer if you let it dry out. Once brown - it’s too late. At first sign of losing lush green, water!
Dethatching is rarely needed. A little thatch is very beneficial as it helps the soil retain moisture during dry periods. I mulch, not bag, and have never dethatched at my current home and don’t need to.
Nobody in my area ( Des Moines Iowa) was willing to dethatch my lawn... can't even find a machine to rent.. i raked my front lawn for 2 days and it was hard work. . Thanks for this video, i ordered one today
My back, arms, abs are throbbing from 3 days of raking 🥵 I think this is worth every penny
Good for you. I don't think you should buckle. Although if your lawn is as big as the one in the video, then maybe...
Today I did about 40% of my front lawn with a heavy steel rake. I stopped when my hands felt like the skin was about to break.
Get this and hook it to the rider lawnmower and it's it's breeze. You can pick up the unthached grass in the bagger at the same time.
This is funny because I saw Ryan Knorr's dethatching video from a while back using this Greenworks, so I bought one and just dethatched my lawn yesterday with it, then you publish this video today lol, nice timing seeing others use this product! It worked great on my lawn.
I don’t even have a lawn. I’m just here for the soothing voice
I don't have this brand but have one that's nearly identical. It's amazing and highly effective! You explained it well including don't allow it to go too fast to get the best results. Lightly restrain and hold it back as it propels forward. Then bag it with a mower preferably but bag will fill quickly, dump often. Sooo much easier than a rake and better results. Work smarter, not harder.
Also, work moving away from the plug to extent possible to avoid as much hassle with the cord.
I have needed one of these for years. Everyone I looks at was really expressive. This is amazing
Cheap stuff is not always good stuff, this is definitely one of the exceptions by far!
I got one a couple years ago and it works great - you’ll like it!
I was skeptical after watching this video only because my lawn is NOWHERE near as level as this. However, I figured for $125 what did I have to lose. Well, no longer skeptical. I’ve got approx. 5000sq ft. Of lawn. Ended up filling a 5x8 trailer with 4ft sides twice! Thanks S.C. for the video!
Thanks will definitely be asking my wife to go to amazon and get one for me. Its been awhile since i planted my lawn, so I am sure it needs it. Thanks for the info.
You will really like it. Makes it very easy and I think you see how super effective it is
My fiance and I just purchased a home and boy am I glad to have found your channel. Our backyard is in really bad shape.
We have crabgrass, clovers, and dandelions etc.
I plan to use your system.
Great video. I got the Sun Joe unit this year. Very similar, but it also have a scarifier cartridge. It also has a bag which is next to useless... if you think your mower bag filled up quick! I also like how it will pop loose acorns. They make a fun sound too 😬 The only tip I would offer that you didn’t is plan your route wisely so that you’re not constantly moving the extension cord around! That’s a pain. But for around $160 bucks, including a new extension cord, it’s cheaper than renting a machine 2 or 3 times!
I got the Sun Joe also and agree the collection bag is useless. I also used a bungee to slightly hold the rear door open.
@@gadgetman694 I rigged up a couple small bungees this year also. Awkward, but just a couple inches makes a bug difference
Just used for the first time. I'd say it's a super duper rake. Worth it. Paid $130 brand new. Extension cord was another $60
I bought same machine, I love it, so much better then a dethaching rake
That's great to hear, this one was a very nice surprise, outstanding performance
Ordered one the other day and they are now under $110.00 on Amazon. Can't wait to try this out.
I’m about to thatch my lawn for the first time. Bought an Ames manual rake. Gotta start somewhere! This gives me an idea of how much easier the process it could be. Time to sweat it up! Thanks!
Good luck, hope it's a small lawn.😏
I have that rake. It works. But so will you haha! Hope you’ve got arms like popeye.
I never used this machine, but I have always been impressed with greenworks
Just used mine today as part of the fall lawn renovation project also on this channel. 100% satisfied. This thing brought up so much thatch. Incredible. Was easy to push/guide, went together in 3 minutes if that, and easily stored away after use. For certain needed first step prior to killing the weeds via Tenacity and then core aeration and overseeding. Thank you for the advice.
Gad to hear it, everyone who has gotten amzn.to/2z4NaeY has had such great results. Great value, so glad you shared this. Thanks again.
Hey there! I found your channel when searching for some good diy project ideas on what to do with my yard. And I just wanted to say "Thank you" If my father was still alive he would have been helping me with all of this. But since he's not I now have your channel to help me. 💜
Great video... I own one of theses and it is great. Be careful not to pull backwards on the machine when you are turning or you will burn out the motor. I love your channel - keep up the good work.
Michael from Canada
Thanks for the tip and the kind words too.
I have the SunJoe brand of electric de-thather which is very similar. It is very stout, pulls slot of thatch from my St. Augustine lawn, and comes with a verticut attachment which interchanges with the de-thatcher reel. I greatly agree with the video that you need to use a good, heavy gauge extension cord. I used a 16 guage,100 foot cord which eventually burned out the motor. No fault of the product. SunJoe replaced it for free. Now using a 12 guage cord with no problems. In general, the electric de-thatchers work very well.
@Chris Pressey, good to hear you have experience using a electric dethatcher on a St Augustine lawn, I too have a St Augustine lawn and good to hear your positive experience using the Sun Joe electric dethatcher...thx, tww
I bought one of these last year and it works out great. I would recommend just from the ease of use alone.
Great review. Just bought my first greenworks product the other day with their smallest electric pressure washer they sell. Enjoying it so far
When I first saw them a few years ago I thought it was just the usual imported but years later seeing the reviews and this experience definitely shows me they are making some great and affordable products.
Your daughter should love that.
Used it on my centipede lawn which was supposedly a nono, but worked perfectly. Got plenty of thatch out of the grass but it wasn't strong enough to break up the live/rooted strands. Sold it for $100 after a few seasons in prep for a move. So realisitically, I got/used it for free.
I’ve rented the big machines and man they are a workout ! I’m seriously debating about getting this
Thank you for these awesome videos sir !
Very kind of you to say. I almost ruined my lawn once with a rental. Their blades are very thick an designed to last rental after rental. This amzn.to/2z4NaeY will blow you away and its easier on the turf and much more controllable. Use it for 2 hours its literally like walking a baby stroller, very easy on you
Silver Cymbal
I used the rental one last fall and had not done so in about 3 years. I used my backpack blower, rakes and lawnmower with bagger to get all the stuff from the lawn ... I made a pile on the driveway that was almost 20’ long, 10’ wide and 3’ thick 😳. It took me 6 trips to the landfill to dispose of it lol
I totally agree.. I bought last week before watching your video.. it is amazing.. there is a sale on amazon, i got it for $86 bucks and it is high quality! Definitely worths
What a great price! Costs about the same as a 1 time rental. Thanks for the review
You bet! Very true, and now you can use it whenever you want.
Wow excellent again!!
I never dethatched. Too expensive to have done. To much work myself
BUT
Your video makes it easy and by lawn more bagging, ingenious! So simple why couldn’t I hunk of that.
Also
Bought the greenworks machine!!
They owe you😊
Have been happy with this machine for 4 years. Thanks for the tip of using a mower to pick up the thatch. I’ve been using a rake and it’s a pain!
Great to hear! Thank you for watching
don't even know why I watched this we have had the greenworks for over a year and love it makes it so easy to deal with our lawn. with that being said great video!
It worked well for me. It pulled up a lot of dead grass/thatch. Cleaning up all that grass was the only negative. I used my push mower with a bag to clean it up.
De-thatching the whole yard and then going over the whole yard with the mower was like mowing the yard twice in one day. Lol. Im happy with it.
That's great to hear, I used this the next day and continue to be blown away at how well this works.
@@SilverCymbal Definitely worth the $$ I spent.
Why couldn't they put an open catch basket on it?
My neighbor has this same model. Boy it saved me a lot of time last fall. Started manual and after 45 minutes had barely gotten anything done. In 30 minutes this pulled up far more in my entire yard including places I had already done. Thanks for all the great videos! My lawn is starting to look a lot better thanks to you!
Thank you for the kind words, glad it’s been working for you so well too
Seems like a great bargain for little money. Thanks for all your quality reviews sir!
Thank you, this thing is one of the best bargains I ever tried.
I bought the Greenworks Dethatcher last year. It just works great I love it
Great review. My wife bought me one of these last month after she saw me raking. I mentioned in your video last month. The fact that it’s electric it’s one less engine to maintain that you use once a year. I used my red max backpack blower to amass the debris into a pile.
I bought one of these from Canadian tire about 5 years ago , excellent investment, before it use to take me about 10 Coors lites to do the lawn, now it only takes about 3.
Bought one this year and I'm very impressed with it.
Great to hear that! Thank you
I love my greenworks 2800 3.8 gpm pressure washer. I bought it for car washing and it does that great
Thats great to hear, I have a friend who got that same one and absolutely loves it too.
I live in New York city and havnt mowed a lawn in 15 years. Why am I watching this.
Because you love the smell of fresh cut grass?
Because your ass is grass
Damn that sucks bro
NYC isn't for everyone.
🤣🤣🤣
i bought one of these from Lowes. i used it in late Spring, but then i used it again before i reseeded my front yard and seeding my backyard.
WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE! I just raked my entire lawn 😭
Tell my why I just raked my lawn yesterday underneath the rain , if only I knew
I bought a greenworks cordless lawnmower, it came all damaged and parts missing. I know loads of people had bought greenworks products and loved them. I bought a dethatcher from B&Q, our version of Home Depot, for £40, around $60, came with a scarifing and dethatching attachment. It's is superb and the best bit is that it comes with a box to collect the thatch.
My dethatcher arrived yesterday and I have yet to put it together. But… I’ve been using a greenworks snow thrower for the past 2 winters and it’s held up great! If I forget to lower the spout, my snow will end up _across_ the street and onto my neighbor’s sidewalk and yard. A stiff cord is a pain to work with, but that won’t be a problem with the dethatcher.
Good to see spare tines included. I have a similar machine and the tines do not last long. It would be interesting to know how long they lasted on the test. They are much more difficult to replace on mine but I am on my third pack of replacements.
First time home owner here, just bought me one. Thank you. Cheers from Mtl.
I have one of these. Love it, so does my neighbor he bought his own after using mine once.
Ought one and detached my lawn yesterday. The machine works.
Mine was delivered today, used it in a small area and loved it. I'll have to go over the area again, slower to get more up, but it got a lot at a fast pace too.
Enjoyed your video, it'll keep me excited till I have the time to do my yard proper.
Great to hear! Yes holding it back a bit increased the efficiency a lot. Hope that helps you next time. Thanks
After initial dethatch and clean up did you do a 2nd or 3rd time to see how much more came up?
@@dallasparty316 me? Naw, it's been cold and oddly snowing. Maybe I'll get a chance next weekend.
Jesus loves you repent and trust in him and you will be saved !
Did mine in 2 different directions, more came out the 2nd time , also works best on shorter grass
I bought one of these last Fall and I love it. My wife even tried it out and thought it was really easy to use. Mine also came with a scarifier attachment, but I haven’t tried that yet.
If it came with the scarifier it's not a green works machine, probably a sun joe.
@@2001eskimo - You’re right, it’s the SunJoe, not the Greenworks. I bought that one because of the scarifier and the ease of adjusting the height. Although, I must say the grass bag it comes with is pretty useless unless you want to stop every 5-10 feet to empty it.
I can also vouch for the Sun Joe scarifier and dethatcher. It comes with the power rake attachments (metal tines) and a scarifier (somewhat like a seed slice) attachment. Very important to get the correct gauge extension cord, and it also depends on the length you intend to go with it. I have a pretty large backyard and needed to get a 12 gauge 100’ cable which set me back $80, so that is another cost to consider. These machines really do get a lot of debris out of the lawn so be prepared to have a place to put all the debris or to bag it. Happy detaching/powerraking!
My landscaper charged me spring cleaning, dethatching but yet my lawn is still have brown spot. I am gonna tell him just cut my lawn. No more BS. Thank you.
The entire world dethatches lawns but you think its BS. Logic (sarcasm). Maybe your landscaper did something wrong in the proces.
I bought a dethatcher last month and my lawn looks wonderful...
Very cool, they are a great tool to keep your lawn doing well.
I even bought that one

Apparently Green works has been getting great reviews with a lot of happy customers both for the price point and the quality, I'm gonna pull the trigger on a de-thatcher, mower, and weed eater this spring and give it a go myself. Looking forward to it, for 450 bucks you've got everything you need to tidy up your lawn.
Your videos are awesome, and so is your lawn.
Wow, thank you!
I picked one up off Amazon Black Friday sale for about 60 bucks. Works great!
Great Fathers day present.
Its NEVER too late.
I want this for Mother’s Day lol
Great. More work.
Like buying a vacuum for your mom or wife.
I bought one of these a couple of years ago. It works like a champ!
The “thumb fastening bolts” are too light duty for the amount of stress a handle will encounter. Mine snapped off on the very first use. Had to use adjustable hose clamps in reconnecting the two piece handle to finish the job. However, the machine really does a fine job at removing thatch. It’s amazing how much gets power raked out by this cheap little machine. Also, operating it is more effortless than a typical household vacuum cleaner.
I've purchased many Greenworks machines and the thumb screws are the only bad thing about their tools. Their push mowers and leaf blower are fantastic!
I got one ....... the correct extension cord is IMPORTANT. I concur with this video......
I just bought one. Two minutes assembly! No kidding....
Glad to hear that, I loved the price but it is a great dethatcher for sure. Glad you are having a good time so far, you will love using it.
I have the green works for like 5 years now and it is a beast in doing its job. Dealing with the electric wire is a pain.
This guy is a Grade A Certified Dad👍🏽
Where are the New Balances?
