I played Dead by Daylight, and there was a creator named Otz who was similarly dedicated to the community. It's such a boon to the player base, especially in this case, where it's not just a top player but the very best.

BGs seem like a hive of rng shenanigans, but it's actually a crazy nuanced system of seven-plus factor algorithmic MMR that distills the obvious top statisticians from an enormous sample of people.
i play exactly as he does but I either do not find key cards most of the time or my opponents high roll like crazy. So, streamer luck, blizzard favors streamers to break the narrative that the game is luck based

After watching jeef for about 2 months ive gone from 5.2K to comfortably 7.5-8.1k and I’m finding that I’m still climbing. He isn't even playing the same game as his competitors at this point and yet maintains a modicum of basic humility that feels genuine. In other words, Jeef... protect yourself. This is just a game, but the sample size is large enough and your performance exemplary enough to prove that your mind works on a fundamentally more efficient level compared to us other goofy apes. You are a freak within the most flattering definition, and should really stay aware of that.
This spreadsheet is very helpful, and is probably the best resource I have ever seen for a competitive game. One thing I would like to see added is a section for how to play the individual heroes, including what builds work best with each hero and what sort of curve tends to be best for them. That said, I managed to get Top 1 on only my third game this season playing the murloc build without even seeing Brann the whole game (not even in the opponent boards.) Thanks for showing us "how its done".

I think i can also speak for others, but from bottom of our hearts, thank you for huge effort. For casual 7k player like me, who dont have a time to play more than 2 games per day, its a huge boost of informacion I need every season. With XQN you are the best duo in BGs AshZapleX
Just came back after many years , realized there is no classic mode anymore. Was super upset, closed the game again. Felt totaly overwhelmed. Thanks for being a shiny light at the end of the tunnel.
Hi Jeef, great content as usual, I had two games in a row yesterday where I played Elemental Azerite comp with Temp Tampering and stayed on tavern 3 the whole game, I didn't even need Lubber and it wrecked the lobby, the very next game I had Zar’jira with Jandice so I was able to get three goldern Azerites and again scaled massively. Once the ele's had scaled, I brought a feldrake and combo'd it in the shop with Zar'jira, very lucky but I think people are sleeping on the Azerite comp.
You are the goat, this is such a helpful guide considering ALL GUIDES for BGs are out of date and im sure dont have your insights! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Love It so much I feel obligated to leave a comment. If I have to say something I think drakkari deserves a better mention on the naga comps, it's not Greta (one less spell, one less naga+you need the triple to improve) but I think it's very close to be considered in the core
