i know to solve this error In first i too has this problem Then i put the cracked "launcher,3dmgame and 3dmgame.dll" download this three files and replace the existing files Thats all the error is solved
Its very simple serch "regedit" in search bar in that click HKEY LOCALMACHINE-Wow6432nod-rockstar games-"Grand Theft Auto V" click this on the left side many options will appear click "language" and change from russian language to English. To change the language to English click on the second box and type "en-US" Thats its ur language has been changed
