This episode was the last one produced in 2022, BEFORE the current events of 2023, PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT ABOUT CURRENT EVENTS OR OTHER POLITICAL TOPICS. For reference, the monarchs and their respective nations are separate characters. The line is blurred with King Umberto III a tad, but he and Italy are indeed separate characters. Essentially, think of them like mirrors of the nations they rule over
Total Hell has gone through the world cannot wait for the next part 🎉
Thank you, Kaiser. Another enjoyable episode of your series 😊
Wow😊
What are your theories, if you have any, for what will happen in episode 10?
here's your 198th subscriber, you are just two more from three hundred
When is episode 10 coming? Is there a sequel (season 2) to this series or does it end in episode 10?
@@theautocube4387 Episode 10's release date will be announced soon, as for your other question, it will be answered when episode 10 drops!
Well... in the end it does not matter who fires the first short, I think. What matters is that millions of people will die or suffer excruciatingly.
is he putting the titles in different languages?
Yep, all the Nova Regna episode titles have been in Latin
@@ZeKaiserVG An appreciated choice, at least on my behalf 🙂
Is the Pope trying to restore the Roman Empire?
Ultimately, no, although I can see why you'd think that since (minus the Balkans, Britannia, and the Near East) a majority of the nations affiliated with the AEM were once apart of the Roman Empire, including the prospective member, Greece.
Actually, for a moment I thought he wanted to restore the ancient Pentarchy:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentarchy
But then I realized that it did not make much sense. The AEM wants to recapture Algeria and Marocco, who had no ancient Christian Sees, and include countries like The Netherlands - same.
We'll have to know what the Prophecy of St. Silas - more like the Teachings of Silvanus - states.
You have every right to feel proud of this series, keep it coming!
what year would this series go to, or is that also a secret
I know the year Nova Regna ends, and it's not too far off from 2041. If you're wondering why the years pass by a bit slower than other series, it's purely due to the Cardinal's ages since they are already up there in age when the series begins, i.e. make the most out of their time by making the years go by a bit slower
this world is cooked...
@@prime2357 Question is, rare or well done lol
Title means shipwreck
Interesting……..
While Naufragii can mean shipwreck, in this context, it's meant to mean storm
@@ZeKaiserVG I knew that
Forgot to say, Japan turning into a sort of his old "version" was cool :-)
For a moment I imagined Japanese warriors wearing their fighting robes.
Hope they don't do to China what they did in WW II though.
@@maxdepasquale2351 One thing you may have noticed in this series is, I really like the use of "transformation" scenes for countries. Like Israel transforming into Zion, or Italy transforming into the Second Kingdom of Italy, it's a physician manifestation of the character's determination for their goals, and you better believe those scenes will not stop with episode 9. That's also pretty cool how my series was able to evoke imagery in your head, and don't worry, Japan's not the maniac in this war, that's Indonesia
@@ZeKaiserVG Oh indeed I thought of Japanese folks attacking with their old armours or at least with bandanas.Glad that Japan won't got berserk... this time, China does not bear much responsibility.
Yes, I like how Countries changing their banners as well.
But it's not a doctor's thing, but a physical thing 🙂
P.S. Will the rump USA stay in its cry-hole, or will it try to do something good?
@@maxdepasquale2351 You shall see what happens with America in episode 10! He will appear!
@@ZeKaiserVG I am quite glad to hear this :-) Thanks.
Sigh... RUclips has removed my comment...
Glory to aem, glory to the pope, glory to christendom!
The french king and dutch queen have much quimic 🤨
@@CamiloAndresBauerleBravo They may have chemistry, but they're sure as hell committed to their spouses!
Hmm... lots of mystery in this episode, no doubt. We cannot say what the secrets behind Caccia's behaviour is, as of yet. And a good deal of betrayal, of course... I smelled that Iran was up to something. Although I do not believe that, in the real world, the Israeli would ever trust anything Iranian. But let's apply suspension of disbelief.
Alexei II shows signs of paranoia, again.
Another question, why Greece states that even in the worst case scenario he won't lose anything? Something I've learnt about the Turks is that they do not take war and attacks against them lightly...
Greece is a bit overconfident, and if he needs to, he can just call a white peace because once the Thracian War is over, Turkey can join The Great Herem as soon as possible (herem is war in Hebrew btw) and stand with the ARC
@@ZeKaiserVG Hmm... overconfident is the right word. There will be still the price of attacking a strong Country to pay (weapons to use, lost and wounded in battle...).
Unrelatedly, we are still left with the mystery of Pope Francis' death. Was it homicide or natural death? I'm strongly inclined towards the former...
@@maxdepasquale2351 That was an unfortunate case of timing, but remember the opening of the episode, how in the year 2000, Caccia says how St. Michael the Archangel (the same deity that revealed the Letter of St. Silas) spoke of a prophecy of him becoming Pope at some point
@@ZeKaiserVG So I should take it that Francis died of natural causes? OK, I can't help but trust you :-)
P.S. in Catholic philosophy, St. Michael the Archangel is not a deity (there is only one God), but a supernatural being. Careful.
Aem not have sense considering is catholic alliance & pope influence
also, netherlands and greece not have sense as aem members for (protestant & ortodox cristianisty)
@@CamiloAndresBauerleBravo It is influenced by the Pope, but it is not strictly a Catholic alliance. In episode 4 for instance, Cardinals Hollerich and Woelki noted it and how odd it was. Just consider it less as a Catholic alliance and more so as a Christian Monarchist Alliance of sorts who may not be entirely united in denomination, but are united in their ideals
i wonder what would happen to germany
They may still be upset for being kicked out of the European Football Championship inside their own borders... 🙃
Seriously though - I think that, deep down, Germany is still distraught for losing one of his best friend ever, "old" France. I wonder if this is one reason for which Germany has pushed to go to war on the AEM.
It seems that I was right about Germany 🙂
Constantine the XI alive hm yes I can see it if he were to return even in real life Greeks would follow him blindly so I suppose the plan here is a lookalike
@@railwayhistorian2778 The story about him turning into marble and re-emerging one day was a story used in OTL after the fall of the Byzantines, likely used to morale. Pope Peter II does believe this will happen, it just depends on whether it will or not, but the lookalike theory is interesting!
@@ZeKaiserVG the prophecy of the emperor is a bit lax on the details I read the original myself because I happened to be Greek
@@railwayhistorian2778 That's pretty neat that you're Greek, I'm not sure of every detail myself, all I know it that it was a legend that surfaced sometime after the Emperor met his untimely demise
@@ZeKaiserVG would you like a rough transition if the original I can find one easily
In fairness if an emperor from 6 centuries ago returned to life id follow him too
