As a Jamaican I know we would fit in Ghana very well because it is just like Jamaica in so many ways. The
Come to cape coast 🇬🇭💯 Ankaful village ❤️
One has to be a multi millionaire to achieve this in the Americas.
oh yeah ? that is strange
And it will not be solid BRICK. DRY WALL AND WOODS HOME HERE IN AMERICA 🇺🇸
beautiful......i always get so worried when all the black foreigners show their homes and things on the internet.......this is AFRICA and alot of people are barely making it.......I just hope they are not putting themselves in harms way.......
Ekow whatever she is saying is true I'm from mankessim living in the state it's crazy to live in America 🇺🇸 after retirement
You Marxist are hilarious lol

Ekow I would love to meet her. I am retired and my house is In Nsawam I am also from Jamaica (Portland). Love the video 👍🏾👊🏾
Email Ekow and let him connect u to her.
Wow, I am also building in Nsawam. My other friend is also building in Nsawam. We plan on moving from New York back home soon 🙏🙏
@jettunion7430 my husband is from Jamaica, but live in US. We are planning to move to Ghana , but not sure where to. I would like to get in touch with you about Nsawam.
Hi am from the caribbean. Living ghana 6 months of the year.
Jett Union whats up your sleeves? You're retired yes! But what else have you got to meet her accomplishment? Hope its not an empty pocket or promises of useless love!!
It is confirmed. Moy has good taste. Fufu and Goat light soup is the best thing that has happened since sliced bread.
Hahaha 😝 I agree.
She made me happy because she's happy. There is no place like home.
Nice house Madam.and I have borrowed a few ideas, thanks for sharing. Coming from East Africa I would have thought this lady to be a Ghanian she's got a Ghanian head shape.
hhahahaa yes so true with how she looks,
Ekow, you afraid of that beautiful little doggie?! Thanks for the tour, lovely home.
Hahaha the dog was ready to play too much 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝
The dining and living is fresh and beautiful!
What a sweet lady! She accomplished so much in such a short period of time. I would like to stay at her AnB when i visit Ghana.
Good to finally hear a single, retired person talking about living on their Social Security in Ghana. Already an income. Don't have to find a job or start a business right away, or ever, unless they want to later. Most retirees in the US live on low SS payments. I could not catch her name but as she said, these incomes can't cover a good or even basic life in the US. Many are managing their little incomes very well and doing the best that they can but it's just not working.
So far, I've seen only interviews of people building in Asebu who are still working in the US, who have spouses so double income, who are seeking employment in Ghana, who want to and can start businesses right away or who have the accumulation of funds to buy their land and develop it quickly. I too believe that a small SS income that a retired, single person is drawing can go a long way towards a good life in Ghana. So glad to hear her story. Thanks for sharing!
Enjoy your handwork, beautiful home ,we Pray you have the peace and rest you need and deserve Dear ,Ayeekoo.

Is it a house or an apartment?
@@denniscasely-hayford3245 you can choose any name you want to call it, stay blessed
@@frankkyereme7125 lol please don't take offense..we call things specific this side..when we say apartment we know what tge structure looks like immediately..but in Ghana a fully detached home is called an apartment frequently..the i figured out that detached homes are called gated compound..take awhile to understand ppl in Ghana but its not a life or death situation..just damn confusing.😅

Which company did you use to dig your borehole? I have 4 plots in the Asebu 2nd phase and will be in Ghana in March-April and would like to get my plots cleared and my borehole dug whilst I am there before leaving to meet my brother in Sierra Leone. We are also Jamaicans. We are from Portland like Mr Len 🇯🇲. I met Mr Len when I was in Ghana last year.
Your videos are so encouraging. Keep up the good work.

Great 👍🏾 interview but your camera guy is not good! Sorry! just constructive criticism please!!! please practice a steady hand and too much close close, we cannot get the full view of what she was showing! especially in the kitchen!! THANKS
I understand and thanks
Lady ghana! I was thinking the something. The camera man needs a little more training. I wanted a better view of the home.

Aunty you have made the best decision..Jamaica is way too expensive now...
Not to mention the crime and corruption I think that's why most Jamaicans in the diasporate is looking at other places to retire in Jamaica is no longer a top option to consider

Every food you are talking about is the same throughout the Carribean. The Ducna is made with corn/ maize. The bame is the similar pronunciation but the variation is because of our removal. Fufu is cucu . Echo I am still on .
Bami she's talking about is what we the Ewes call YAKAYEKE and similar to ATTIÉKÉ by the Ivorians
Oh yeah that is true , there is that similarity
If I was an African leader. This is how I will make sure all my people are living like this. Especially with the vast amount of Wealth under our feet.
Unfortunately. The leaders that we have …….oh lord. 😂
Come on man, it is a small dog🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😾😾😾😾😾 I wasn’t scared but it was plying too much lol 😂
Did yall know Africans are afraid of Dogs? This is common. As long as you have a dog no one will try to break in.
Wow, who did Moy employ as an interior decorator in Ghana?
I would have to be that info
She is her own interior designer.
Thanks for your comments , I’m my own interior decorator.
Where is the area of her home
Asebu, outside Cape Coast
