This is Meat Lover‘s tofu Kimchi, stacked like a Christmas tree with meat! 🍚Ingredients 1/2 block tofu 200g aged kimchi 150g ground pork 1/4 onion 1/5 stalk green onion 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp Korean red pepper powder (gochugaru) 1/2 tbsp anchovy fish sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil Toasted sesame seeds for garnish 🥬Recipe 1. Cut the tofu into squares. 2. Blanch the tofu in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. 3. Dice the onion into small cubes (similar in size to the kimchi pieces). 4. Slice the green onion thinly. 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. 6. Add the sliced green onion and stir to make green onion oil. 7. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until cooked. 8. Add aged kimchi to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 9. Add 1/2 tbsp anchovy fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tbsp Korean red pepper powder. 10. Add 2-3 tbsp water to the pan and let it simmer until the liquid reduces. 11. Stir in 1~2 tbsp sesame oil to enhance the flavor. 12. Place the tofu pieces on a serving plate and spoon the stir-fried kimchi mixture over the tofu. 13.
