Bail Application Summer Cup 2022 Final

This is the final of the Bail Application Summer Cup Competition 2022. The final took place on Saturday 17th September 2022.
The Defendant in this case, Mr Grant, is facing a charge of s.47 OAPA assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Bail has been opposed on the grounds that he is likely to interfere with witnesses, commit further offences and fail to surrender to bail. He is requesting bail pending his trial date.
