I haven't lived in base housing since 1980. We never had a garden area, so I'm really glad for you. It would have made life so much easier!
We were a military family in Hawaii and Washington State. Trained in Virginia. Do they still do yard of the month or quarter? That always motivated us to plant, plant, plant. You will definitely win if they still do it. Your garden is stunning and you have done such an amazing job. Bravo!!!
We're military too and I decided years ago I was going to leave our garden more beautiful than I found it. I get photo updates from the civilians that still live in the area and it really warms my heart. ❤️ Love what you're doing here.

😱 love your garden. Love how almost every plant is planted in Pots . My daughter passed away a year ago and her favorite flower was hydrangeas . I have since planted hydrangeas and waiting for them to bloom so I can take to her at the cemetery. Your have inspired me to keep going and plant more flowers 🌺 . Keep filming your beautiful gardens

I lost most of mine due to an unexpectedly bad freeze last year, so you giving me the names of your hydrangeas has given me some to look for. I love your lacecap varieties! Your garden is beautiful! We’ve always lived in zone 10-hot and dry. This year we moved to zone 7. I didn’t think that I could grow anything but ferns here. And I really did not think I could grow roses here. I love all the containers too. I had no idea you could have such a beautiful container garden! My hubby hates weeds and its a fight to get him to leave my garden spaces alone. LOL! Containers would totally be a great compromise. Thank you for the inspiration!!

@@GardenObsessions yes, I enjoyed moving and seeing the world. It’s all in how you allow yourself to think about it. If you tell yourself you hate moving, you will. I considered every move a new adventure and I embraced my new surroundings. The hardest part is leaving friends, but I was always surprised to see old friends in the new places. Military life, is a small world where friends are concerned. I enjoy your videos and it’s wonderful to see both of you enjoy it together.

I’ve been gardening all my life but today I learned so much from you. I never considered planting or keeping shrubs in containers until a few weeks ago. When I needed to create a quick privacy screen on my deck due to neighbors removing the mature trees between us. Hydrangeas and arborvitae in large pots layers with smaller pots of Easter palms dud the trick. Could you talk about how you feed your shrubs in containers and if they ever become root bound?
Your love of gardening individually and as a couple is so sweet and very evident. And how excited you are when your spouse brings home something new to your garden. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience and inspiration with us. I’m so glad your channel popped up in my feed. You really embrace Bloom Where You Are Planted.

a SNAKE got into my HOME PLUS they STAYED all AROUND my HOME 🏠 so I had EVERYTHING removed and CUT DOWN now my HOME is CLEAR I can SEE EVERYTHING and NOW it's NO MORE SNAKES HANGING AROUND with OTHER CREEPY THING'S that HIDES to KILL and DESTROY
